All is truly well in the world even if we don't perceive it this way. The light has not changed; it never does. The light is always available and ever-present. One need only notice it to be illuminated. So when dark thoughts call, ask for the light to illuminate your thoughts. Your prayers will be answered by this one request.
The current times are challenging for many but they need not be so. Sustenance is clearly here for all but many do not perceive the sustenance. There is nothing wrong with the choice to not perceive the sustenance that is here for all because learning is held in each and every choice, even when those choices create suffering. Learning can be hard or easy by choice--simple to say, hard to believe. This too is OK because all is well regardless of perceptions to the contrary.
Hold on to faith or trust in the unfolding. Pay attention to the details. Notice what comes to you and be ready to receive exactly what you need for maximum learning. Each learning opportunity and experience is priceless as all learning eventually leads to the end of suffering. How soon that happens is up to each one of us whether we are consciously aware of it or not. The best we can do is ask for the light to illuminate our choices, then take action with the best of intentions. Trusting in the experience eases suffering while we continue on the path of learning and during times of great change.

There are at least two ways to do everything. One way consists of a linear, straight line approach. Another way consists of a circular non-linear approach. This blog post is about the second approach.
A linear approach is fine some of the time but not most of the time. The circular approach, what I will call the ring, works well to hold in the constraints held within a situation but loosen the entire scenario (not being bound to the straight line approach). Therefore when a problem arises and requires resolution, look to the ring and see where that takes you. Allow the ring full reign over emotions encapsulating them within its solution.
Some might perceive encapsulating emotions as akin to repression. To this I would say the ring does not repress emotions through encapsulation but rather solution is held within the ring allowing emotions to be expressed safely and diffused without drama.
In fact, the ring is not capable of expanding beyond the solution's self-contained borders. In other words, the solution is held in the precise dimensions of the ring. No more and no less is needed than that which is held in the ring for pure resolution and yet using this tool allows emotions to exist and be expressed in a way that is productive and as part of the overall solution.
Here's a visualization exercise that can be used to solve a problem in a non-linear fashion, utilizing the ring or circular non-linear approach. When you next face a challenge, call in the ring. Envision the ring moving down over your physical body from head to toe, like a hoola-hoop. Allow the solution within the circular way to come to you naturally, gracefully and with great clarity. Thoughts will move in through the ring. Perhaps writing out what you perceive would be helpful. You'll find angles to the problem that were not perceived clearly before and will get to the root of the problem. Finally a visualization or suggestion will come through to resolve the issue.
As the solution comes forward there may be greater revelation about the issue creating even greater clarity and learning. You may get a mantra or some words to say out loud. The possibilities are endless. Experiment with the ring and see what happens but do not try to solve more than one or two issues each day through using the ring. It is a powerful tool and you will need time to assimilate its golden light.

Has everyone been feeling tired lately? May has been a wild month of incoming light frequencies and oscillating energies as these light frequencies ramp up and then soften. Each of these waves of intense light can be hard to deal with on many levels but always we adjust and get comfortable again.
I have had many people comment to me that the last few months have brought forward quite a bit of unfinished business for recognition, acknowledgement and finally release. These releases are a wonderful blessing though they don't often feel too wonderful. Witnessing the emotions during the process can bring a bigger-picture view into focus offering some relief.
It is all good. Remember to tell yourself this when the challenges arise. Trust that all of your
experiences are always healing and therefore always for the highest good, then check in and ask Spirit for guidance about what you are feeling and why. If you are having a big release or feeling very uncomfortable it is usually because we've had another big wave of light infuse the earth and what you are feeling is the effect of the light frequencies. You might get some visuals when you check in with Spirit to show you what is occurring.
So the journey continues. One thing is for sure--it's never boring and we are always learning. I find myself feeling so grateful for the learning, for the light, and for humanity's choices right now to accept and integrate more of this light. What an amazing time we are in and what tremendous opportunity to live and grow and evolve. We are all walking the path together with varying degrees of awareness. We can all be grateful for the illumination from within that shines out to show us the way. We can also be grateful for the universal support we are receiving during these times of great change.
There is so much opportunity for advancement right now but we must remember to keep our awareness in the witnessing position while also experiencing with gratitude all that is happening. Engaging trust in our experiences truly ends suffering and then we may feel tired but we don't suffer anymore we just take a break and rest.

The light frequencies have ramped up again. It seems like the new waves are coming in faster and faster as we are moving closer to the summer solstice, which will prove to be a time of great change for all. The solstice will create a doorway of sorts for those ready to walk through. How do you know if you are ready? You don't. You will simply walk through if you are ready whether you are consciously aware of it or not. This state of affairs simplifies things a bit as you don't need to control the process or even be aware of it. All that you really need to be doing is what you already are doing, namely putting one foot in front of the other while being in form on planet earth.
All that you need to know will come to you. Of this you can be sure. Just pay attention. That's all that is really required. The rest will fall into place as you put one foot in front of the other. Your life will unfold with greater ease after the solstice if you did indeed take advantage of its opening. You will only walk through the solstice doorway if you are ready to do so. There is no need to worry about whether or not you are ready or whether or not you will or won't go through the doorway. It is all unfolding in perfect alignment with your chosen path.
The solstice doorway leads to greater exposure of truth. That is why those who are ready to walk through will experience greater ease in their lives afterwards. Those not yet ready will still experience change as a result of the solstice but the change will be less detectable and may even go unnoticed. Those who experience tremendous change will be thrilled with the change because more density will have been released by this time and thus greater happiness in life will most likely be the experience shared by all at this level of development.
Enjoy the coming solstice when it arrives but in the meantime prepare by simply being. I know it is hard to just be when we are so conditioned by doing all the time but the stillness of being is the answer to the craziness that can be felt as a result of too much doing. Just be with a book or sit in the shade and let the wind blow over your skin. Be still while outside and listen. The sounds of nature act like a soothing balm to frayed emotions. Write out your feelings if you like. Anything that allows you to simply be still will help you move through the transitions that are happening now at a very rapid pace.
All is well as always but if you don't feel that all is well, cultivate stillness and let that stillness speak to you in soft whispers of encouragement. You'll feel better and can then carry on with all of the doing that life brings forth.

These blog entries are written during my meditations as guided writing. As such I have been given some information about chakras and the blending process a good part of humanity is going through right now. I will convey this information below but I have also been guided to let you know that I have written a fictional story in book format that also outlines this process and expands on it to included the lessons learned while ascending on earth.
I have posted chapter one of the Story of Brian and Sam on the fiction page. Peruse it there if you like and let me know whether or not there is any interest in reading the rest of the story as a book.
The human capacitor (also called "wand" or "rod") as it has been from the beginning can be visualized as a wand of light with gold spinning around and through it. The wand is complete and whole as it has always been. The human being has fragmented itself into pieces and parts of the whole within its awareness. The whole comes back into focus through the understanding and experience of truth. As truth awakens the wand is "repaired" in the mind and seen anew.
The fragmentation of the human resulted in the chakra system, which relates to the physical body through the etheric or auric body. The chakra system is flawed as it is fragmented yet always held within the flawed design is the path to truth. Once the witnessing of truth has begun, the chakras begin to blend. This occurs first within the mind and then is extended outward into the holographic reality creating the wand or fulfilled capacitor. As such the chakras are then fully blended and the wand can be witnessed in its full glory.
The blending of the chakras is the beginning of the end for in order to to "die" while still living, as the ascension process requires, one must witness truth or the wand in its non-fragmented whole state.

This entry holds a lot about what is happening and why and how it affects us. Right now is such a pivotal time. My intention is for the information to be helpful.
As of this day and time, another big batch of light frequencies have arrived via the great central sun and through the sun in our solar system. This batch, as with past batches, holds light codes within it. These light codes attach to your DNA much like molecules attach to receptor sites within the brain. However we are talking about light here so the analogy is rough at best. A better way to describe what is occurring is that the light codes held within the sun's rays actually attune to the light within the DNA causing it to activate or awaken further.
Another way this could be stated is that the light within the DNA that has been hidden or seemingly dormant is now illuminated causing great shifts within the awareness simultaneously in all dimensions. How these shifts play out in your perception determines the reality that you experience. Whatever is for the highest good is always what occurs however because an ego exists perception may not match this knowing, especially when suffering is present. Again, it is important to remember that always what you experience is for your highest good and perception of this is available at all times and can be comforting to acknowledge. But there should be no judgement when suffering is present.
Let's get back to the DNA and light codes. One of the scenarios that can play out with enhanced DNA and thus enhanced brain function is a shift in mental activity away from past and future and more towards the center, which holds the present. This is indeed a wonderful shift as the present moment holds all that is and so carries your true nature within it. This peace can be clearly perceived and thus received through the portal of the present moment. However one "side effect" of present moment activation is a lessening of emphasis on past and future (and so also ego's hold on mental activity) and so can cause memory issues. I use the word "issues" loosely as not remembering is not really a problem or issue unless you choose for it to be so. Forgetting or letting go of the past and future is a wonderful example of being perfectly present. Fear not if your memory seems to be escaping. In fact it is escaping as what is held there in no longer important.
As these changes are manifesting as a result of the light infusion illuminating the light within the DNA that has up until recently been "dormant" there are other shifts happening as well within the biology or physical nature. Within the biology is your capacitor, run on light but holder of energy or form. It is the wand that connects the spiritual to the physical. As such it holds an important role in understanding truth while holding human form. I have already spoken of the blending of the chakras as a result of the ascension process. Another key feature of the ascending human form is the diamond light held in the heart space, formerly home of the heart chakra, but now holding space as the wand runs through this space in its blended form. There is geometry that forms in this space at the beginning of the ascension process. This geometry balances then blooms out much like a rose coming into full bloom from its earlier state as a bud closed to the light.
The diamond light is source or a purified state of existence that has always been but manifests within the awareness through the ascension process. It starts in the heart space and blooms out from there creating a new geometric template for the form to inhabit as a result of the ascension process. When the bloom is completed, the form can be assumed "at will." This is the ascended human form. Having blended chakras does not mean that the ascension process is complete just as having unblended chakras does not mean you are not ascending. I hope this isn't too confusing. The process is not linear yet in order to convey the information words must be used. The process follows a spiral pattern and thus the steps overlap each other. This is the best that I can do to describe the process in words.

Happy Summer Solstice!
I am happy to continue with the information that has come through regarding our process in these opportune times. Please know that this information is just one way to understand what we are going through. There are many ways to view the evolutionary process we are involved in at this time. I offer this view as it is provided to me through meditation. With that said, I'll continue where I left off on the post of June 18.
When the chakras are fully blended a ceremony announcing the arrival of the fully formed diamond takes place with the selves of all dimensions. From this point forward the ascension process increases its pace creating one change after another within the biology so that more light can be held. In reality more light is merely perceived and thus held within the form. You are, and have always been, only light. The form alters through the shift in perception funneled through the mind as the light codes activate the DNA and thus the brain. All works together yet it is important to remember cause and effect so that you can be comfortable with the changes. Understanding that your higher self is creating these changes so that your life in physical form continues to evolve as you planned helps make the changes easier to deal with.
The process is not complicated but it can appear to be so from a limited perspective. When I speak about biological changes remember that these changes are all good even if they feel uncomfortable. Many people experience discomfort through the ascension process but eventually these discomforts wane to a more comfortable experience. Blended chakras signal the beginning of the end of major discomforts. The process of getting to this state of blended wholeness can indeed hold some pretty significant discomforts. Hang on through the changes knowing that you will get more comfortable at some point along the continuum.
The physical body is designed for the changes that are occurring as a result of the ascension process. The New Humanity suffers much less during the ascension process as they are already coming in with blended chakras or in other words are a step ahead of the existing human form. All who choose to ascend, will ascend, the process is just easier for the New Human as their DNA is already more enlightened upon arrival. This does not mean that they are done with the ascension process. It just means that they have come in ready to continue at an accelerated pace while the existing humanity must first go through the blending process and then move into the new geometry of the diamond template to continue with ascension.
The diamond template is significant as it holds the form for the ascended human on earth. The template already exists but all energy bodies must align with it in order to experience the form on earth. This is difficult to convey with the available vocabulary.
I'll break down in this way: the mind creates the form in holographic mode. The mind, if unaware of the diamond template, cannot project it as a vehicle to hold light or spirit. Awakening through light codes from beyond the sun but held in the sun's rays blend with the DNA activating dormant light within the DNA causing the mind to perceive the diamond template. As such, the new geometry is gradually projected into the holographic reality as a vehicle for physical existence. This is the best I can do to simply describe the diamond light process. It all begins and ends with light.
The light infusions that keep coming in stronger and stronger are leading us through this process of awakening awareness. It is important to remember that it is us who are leading ourselves through the process of remembering wholeness. We are not separate from the light that shows us the way. We are this light, however, we describe the process and unfolding scenarios in terms that can be understood with the current level of awareness. So if the words appear to support the idea of light as separate from light, please know the intention is not to convey this falsehood yet with words as the current vehicle to relay the understanding of the process, there is in fact this issue to consider. Never the less the dialogue continues with the intention that understanding of truth will be had at all levels of awareness regardless of limitations.
The idea of separation vanishes through the ascension process. The light of this truth is held within the words to override the mind's capacity for false thoughts. The thing to remember is this: you are simply love expanding its awareness of love. So simple and yet experiences within the hologram create such grand diversity that many ways are offered to understand this process for your comfort. My intentions are clear that what is offered is whatever is needed to allow light to recognize itself as you.
I will continue the dialogue over the next few days, weeks and months as humanity is ready for an evolutionary leap of large proportions. How wonderful to be at one with you now. Much love and light is expressed here by you, and for you. Soak it up and be comforted in these days of grand change. The days ahead are very bright because they start right here and in this now moment of light sharing through words. I am honored to be doing the journey with all of you.

We have spoken of the diamond template without giving much detail regarding exactly what that is. The diamond template is simply a geometric form required to ascend. In other words, the template allows you to experience the next level on the spiral of life. This rung is available to all but each individual has a plan for the time needed to get to each individual rung on the spiral. The rungs, or loops overlap, and this is intentional and difficult to describe but the overlapping loops are designed to encourage multidimensional awareness, which is a needed component to ascend. Multidimensional awareness simply lends an extended hand to linear thinking so expanded consciousness can occur. Expanded consciousness is needed for the ascension process to fully engage in reality. Again, words are limiting but I will try to simplify as much as possible.
The ascension process requires that a new level of experience is had. The new level of experience requires different geometry from the current level. As light comes into form geometry is created based on awareness. As awareness expands new geometry is available for use in extending one's awareness further through the loops. As all loops become available to the conscious awareness, a collapsing of the current reality as it is perceived happens in which all loops are understood as being held in one divine ring of light. This is the process in a nutshell and is the best that I can describe right now. Perhaps as the loops are experienced and multidimensions are more readily available for illuminated discourse, the process can be better described.
Humanity's evolution is rapidly increasing. As always there are levels within the current evolution as created by all of us in this reality. These levels are unimportant except that sometimes understanding where one is on the loop is helpful in moving through the loops to the divine ring (which has always been but may not be perceived).
As the loops manifest within the awareness traversing them becomes much easier. This is what the current Solstice was about for many who are light bearers (and really for all but may not be perceived by all in this way). As the loops are more readily available the journey becomes much more interesting, and yet a sense of peace and stillness prevail at the same time. Experience is the best teacher in understanding the process but this dialogue is designed to grease the wheels, so to speak so that your experiences can be recognized as just part of the process and through this recognition reduce fear.
The diamond template blooms from within and is projected without. As it does so many changes happen in the biology as the DNA participates more fully. Your DNA is the connector of the multiple loops of dimension. As such light codes received here through our solar system sun can and do affect lives in other dimensions. Just as light codes received in other dimensions can and do affect life here on earth. It is not as complicated as it seems but multidimensional awareness is required in order to recognize the simplicity held within the system.
Learning, growing and changing are leading to greater awareness of the various loops overlapping each other in this now moment. This expanded awareness helps the diamond template become manifest and thus animated. The projector of the diamond template is the wand or capacitor in energetic form.
The wand projects out and animates the new geometry, thus it holds light, yet also the wand can be understood as an actual energetic component in form. The wand in its wholeness creates the diamond template geometric form where spirit can animated in form at will. I believe more will be forthcoming on this subject in future posts.

Today I am providing some information about portals and the role they play in the ascension process. There are many portals throughout the world. They serve an important function in the ascension process of both the earth and her inhabitants. The earth can be seen as going through an ascension process of her own. There is really no separation between you and earth but it does add to your understanding at this point to think of the earth as going through a process of rejuvenation through light. Therefore the earth (really as a mirror of your process) contains portals where light frequencies can come and go. The portal system isn't quite that simplified but this simpler viewpoint serves a purpose in increasing clarity.
The portals can be seen as entities, though not in the sense of holding form, but more in the sense of having a purpose with fulfillment of purpose as most desirable at this time. The portals open and they close. They hold receptivity to light and generate a frequency of their own, which assists humanity in the ascension process. As such there has been quite an increase in activity in several key portals lately. These key portals connect a grid or matrix of light together that act as highways for light to move through.
Perhaps it would be clearer to state that the portals act as beacons of light, attracting frequencies needed for ascension. The portals act as keys to the inner earth and serve a purpose in the "bigger picture" view that isn't yet ready to be revealed.
The portals are strategically placed in many areas of the earth by agreement to assist humanity and to create a pattern that can be recognized and traveled upon. The grid of light that connects the portals is beautiful to see. Every color of the rainbow is represented by the light that travels these highways. Whenever a portal is active strange weather patterns can be witnessed but the interesting part is that not everyone will see these weather patterns. Some will sense the activity but not actually see lightning or other phenomena. Still others witness all of the effects of the wide open to receive portals. The thing to remember is this: on those days when you are feeling most sensitive and perhaps even struggling with ascension symptoms, there is a good chance that the portal closest to you has become active. When the light frequencies come in strong, the portals are usually active (in a receiving position). The light can then travel along the grid and also to the inner earth.
These transitions caused by light frequencies are happening inside of you (in truth the entire portal/highway system is simply a mirror of your biology as it is created externally in the holographic reality). You could say the internal transitions are actually causing and creating the entire portal/grid system.
Either way you look at it, the experience is the same. The reason this information about portals is being brought forward now is to increase understanding of their function and importance to the ascension process and to provide a simplified version of the role they play in that process so that when the time comes to have a greater understanding of this mechanism, all will be ready. There will be within the awareness a basic understanding of portals and how they work. Deeper understanding can then be had very easily when the time is right, and that time may be here very soon.
The light bearers rate of acceleration has increased dramatically in the month of June. For some the acceleration has created an uncomfortable experience. For others, the light is not understood and is resisted yet even those who turn their faces from the light may experience symptoms from receiving the light.
The light is who you are. It cannot really be denied but it can be resisted, which causes greater suffering in the long run. Yet all is exactly as it should be. This is a hard concept for many to accept but it is so.
Perhaps the discussion on portals is too elementary for some of you who feel ready for the deeper understanding of the portal's role in the ascension process. This may be so and yet no more is given as this time. So patience may be required as all that is meant to be known will always arrive at just the perfect moment.
However, encouragement is given to dream a little bit, not in the conventional sense of sleepstate dreaming but more in the sense of daydreaming. Through softening your gaze and letting your thoughts drift gently to the portals, you may open up your senses to the truth of their role in your process (beyond what is already known). You may see the connection of all the world's portals and the highways of light created through these connections. The vision may lead to a deeper understanding of how this system of light creation on earth matches your own light creations of life, while holding form on earth. The understanding of a mirror and reflection may come into focus leading you even deeper into your understanding of the evolutionary process from a multidimensional perspective. You may see how it all ties together and where the next step will be taking you.
I can guarantee that if you are ready for this understanding, it will come through and I can also promise that if I am given any words to match the visuals I will share them here.
For now if you choose to do so engage your imagination to go deeper with your understanding. Or not. Either choice is fine. The portal data that was shared here today is just the tip of the iceberg with much crystalline light structure beneath that tip. A hint is given here: the iceberg is covered in gold.

Today's post contains more information about geometry and portals but please remember that this is just one way of viewing the process to encourage understanding, which can help ease one through the process. The ascension process is not unknown, (as all is known) but not all knowing is available to the conscious mind therefore this frame work allows the mind to understand the ascension process, putting it at ease and eliminating fear as much as possible. Without fear the ascension process can be quite joyful.
We have already discussed the geometric process and how it facilitates moving into the ascended state. We have also already discussed portals and the role and function they hold in the ascension process. A third element contained in this framework of understanding is what is called a "node."
Remember this is just one way to view the mechanics of the ascension process. There are many ways to view this process, many are valid. Other views are not right or wrong but instead are looking at the process from a different standpoint.
With that said, information regarding nodes is offered here. As you know, there are portals in the grid that surrounds earth. These portals are quite large and their radiant influence is broad. The lines that connect the grid and portals hold special points called nodes. These nodes are are always assigned to a particular portal. As such, they act as transducing devices of the light that comes to and through the portals.
You may wonder why tranducing is needed. There are certain groups of humanity that are not comfortable in and around the portal light, which can be quite intense. The transducing nodes help step down the vibration a bit so that those that are too sensitive for the full blast can still benefit from the light frequencies.
The nodes hold a secondary purpose as well as reflectors of the portal light in a sacred positioning. In other words, the nodes can magnify the light as well as transduce the light moving through the portals. As magnifiers, the presence of a node may be significant to that particular spot on earth. In this way, nodes act as pointers to power spots on earth. The node functioning as a pointer is related to the overall function of the portal but more details about this will not be offered at this time.
There are currently three master portals, each holding five nodes in the surrounding area, which help the portal to fulfill its function as a port for light frequencies. The frequencies running through the master portals can be quite intense, thus the need for five transducers in the immediate vicinity of the master portals.
Why is this important to know? It isn't. The information is provided for those who are interested in understanding the earth/grid structure and how it relates to the ascension process from one perspective. This knowledge is not valuable beyond this purpose however understanding external creations such as the earth/grid structures can lead to greater understanding of self as all that is external is a projection of internal processes. The data is offered simply to help you take a look within by understanding what you have collectively created without. Perhaps understanding the external creations in this way will lead to an opening within your mind.
The nodes are most active when the light frequencies are strongest. Both transducing and reflection qualities are most needed by humanity at these times. The reflection or also called magnification quality helps humanity with introspection as the light frequencies bring much forward from within for release.
A word here about master portals. The word master appears to make one portal more important than another. Importance is a word that holds polarity within it. Know that though I use the word "master" to help with understanding of an enhanced function of a few portals, this is in no way meant to convey that these functions are more important than the functions of the other portals, nodes or any part of the grid system. The master designation has more to do with the portal location and its function as related to the agreements made by certain members of humanity to serve the light in these locations.
Are these master portals more important than portals in other areas? No. Do they serve an enhanced function? Yes. Is it useful to know and understand this enhanced function? Yes it can be. Those who reside within vicinity of the master portals hold an agreement to serve the light in a particular way. This service is done unconsciously by some simply by living in a certain geographic area and is done consciously by others through intentionally living within an area of a master portal. Still others may move out of the area of a master portal as it becomes fully functional with or without the awareness of why they must move away. Importance should not be attached to the word master in this usage. All elements serve as equally important in functionality as the whole system would not work without all of its parts working. Are you seeing how the created system is a mirror image of the created human? All humans are equal in their importance as divine parts of the whole of creation. One is not more important than another even if their "title" holds the word "master" or other designations of importance.
Know this: there is the possibility that your knowledge of portals, master portals, and nodes can enhance your knowledge of self. Understanding the creation helps you to understand the creative process which is at the heart of humanity's existence on earth. The intention for sharing these words is always only to be helpful.
Prepare for the weeks ahead, which hold much light, by taking good care of yourself. That is your only real responsibility because when you take care of yourself you take care of All, as All are one.
Peaceful times lie ahead through self-care and self-responsibility.

Today I would like to start with a reminder to hold peace in your heart as much as possible during these times of great change. There is much in flux in the universe right now. All of these changes are good but many are feeling fear, tiredness and/or fatigue and other symptoms related to the incredible light frequencies that have come in with such intensity in July and August. I have been very busy assimilating these frequencies and also helping others understand the messages held in the frequencies. It’s all good!
Each one of us is being facilitated through the light frequencies. While we often think of the frequencies as coming from outside of us, of course we know that the light comes from within. Still we have created this grand projection that causes the frequencies to appear to come from outside of our selves. Yet the paradox of life allows both the understanding that all comes from within and also the experience of perceived rapid external manifestations. It is because of this paradox that we must try to maintain peace through self-care practices.
We have an opportunity to grow at an accelerated rate with the current frequencies. This opportunity can best be taken advantage of with a peaceful countenance through which we can tap into the internal guidance that is ever-present and available to assist us through the changes that are fueling our growth.
How best to do that is completely up to you as an individual. What works for one may not work for another so be sure to watch for judgment of any kind while you are changing and growing as a result of the light infusions. It is so easy to fall into egoic perceptions and thus responses when one is challenged by one’s own growth. Just watch the thoughts and forgive the self if judgment, anger, jealousy, rage or any other negative emotion surfaces.
Remember that there is truly only one emotion that feeds all the tributaries of what we label as other emotions. That one emotion is fear and it creates all the other emotions that we label negatively. The emotions that we label as positive are not really emotions but are your true nature shining through. When joy, happiness, peace, compassion, love or anything else you would label as a positive emotion is present, you are simply standing in your truth at that moment and seeing clearly the true reality.
These moments or days or months of truth will get longer and longer as we grow through the light. Just remember to take good care of yourself right now, as the light is intense and when those moments of standing in truth occur, intend to share this light with others. This intention to share will increase the manifested joy that you are already experiencing causing it to multiply exponentially. How wonderful that the simple acting of sharing joy causes it to continue and multiply! What a great universe we have created!
So now that we have that clear we can move forward into understanding better some of our creations that are helping us remember our true nature. We have already discussed portals and the idea that through these portals we are transducing light frequencies in order to step them down for our physical vessels to adapt and adjust to. The process of assimilation of light frequencies requires tremendous amounts of energy and thus many are feeling tired through the infusions. Rest is the best remedy for the fatigue or tiredness that is as a result of assimilation.
The other symptom that many are feeling right now is restlessness, anxiousness or an inability to relax completely. This too is caused by the increase in frequency and will come and go as the light infusions ramp up and ramp down. The best remedy for this symptom is to get some exercise to move the energy through the physical vessel. Yoga is a wonderful practice but walking in nature can also work wonders to help move energy through. Then create some time for stillness to tap into your own potential for guidance. Exercise coupled with stillness is a wonderful remedy for any woes that have manifested as a result of the light infusions and activations.
Now let’s talk about the Pineal. Much is being written about the Pineal gland and much has been already written in times past. All is relevant and important to note and yet we say that automatically you are receiving the light frequencies that are needed to activate the Pineal to bring you more of a multidimensional experience while on earth. You will automatically draw to you just the experiences needed now to activate further the Pineal along with your DNA. This will connect you more to your Higher Self and create a greater awareness of truth within your mind.
The activation can come to you in many ways. Some will seek out facilitators individually, some in groups, and some will cause an activation to occur simply through intention and meditation. Some will have the activations happen during dream states, which can cause some wild dreams to be manifested as the mind is then directed elsewhere during the activation. Some will actively participate in the activations even in dreamtime through lucid dreaming. Everyone is different. But know that what you need you will draw to yourself because that is for the highest good. If you feel drawn to a certain gathering, a certain person, a certain practice, go for it and see where it leads you.
The portals are all very active right now, as the light frequencies are needed for our next level of development to fully manifest. There are a few portals that are not fully activated but they will be in future times when humanity is ready. Two of the three master portals are fully on-line now and working as transducers as well as activators for humanity.
Since we are all portals to truth, we can assume and know that when the final portals on earth are fully activated we have reached a pinnacle in our development and will be moving more rapidly forward at that time in a way that cannot yet be described. In the meantime we can benefit from the knowledge that we are fully on track and yet must participate in our own growth and development in whatever ways bring the most peace. Sharing that peace is essential right now as drama swirls all around. Just choose to not participate in the drama but try to do this without judging it.
The portals will continue to help us grow at this time. We can be assured that we are being given all that we need to develop to the next level. Once we arrive on that level we will look back in wonder and amazement at all that transpired to get us there. For now we are in the final stages of getting to the next level and yet it is important to keep our focus on the here and now so that we do not create expectations about how the new phase is going to manifest. Keeping our eyes focused on now will bring great rewards in enjoying the process as it unfolds. Looking too much to the future will cause suffering as we are great creators of expectations and yet how we expect things to unfold may be off the mark given our current level of mindfulness.

Today's post is concerning an upcoming event of some magnitude. Much has been posted already regarding the upcoming 9-9-9 configuration--all of it relevant in one way or another. There are many different ways to express the significance of this position on the timeline of our reality. One more way will be given here.
The 9-9-9 is really just a date and yet humanity has determined that certain dates hold significance in our reality for the opening and/or potential to move to another level of existence on those dates and/or using those dates as a catalyst to those potentials.
One potential stands out as having a lot of energy around it and it lies squarely within this timeline or date of 9-9-9. The next logical question would be what is that potential? And it is this that I would like to address in this post today.
The potential is for humanity to take a leap forward by looking through the hour glass. In other words there are potential forward leaps for humanity achieved by looking inward and upward on the spiral of life; a journey we are calling ascension. When one takes the time on that date to tone, or be with others of like mind, one can call forward remembrances of a higher nature. This opportunity opens the door to greater learning by relaying information that has been held in slumber for a long, long time. What type of information would that be?
Information that is held dormant in the DNA can be awakened on that date through intention by any method that appeals to both the mind and heart. Some will choose to participate in guided meditations along with visualizations, others will tone, and still others will commune with nature and give offerings through ceremony. It doesn't really matter what your choice is as long as your heart says yes to that choice with enthusiasm and joy because joy opens the door to the light held within the DNA that is just waiting to be grasped and understood.
Where this new light leads will be individualized. In other words no two experiences will be the same and yet each experience will hold the light within it, manifesting as a unique and individualized process. What a joy to watch this unfold!
All that is necessary to participate is to make a choice as to what would bring joy to you on that day and then do only that. Sure you might have to participate in some activities that you would not label joyful but try to carve out some time just for you to be joyful within. It doesn't matter how long a time you participate in this activity, just set aside the time to do what you love to connect with your source of light. You won't be disappointed by your experience. You'll be enlightened!
How many more of these opportunities to leap forward exist between now and 2012? Who knows! It doesn't matter. Looking too far ahead just brings expectations and the potential for suffering through those expectations. Instead focus on this opportunity and plan your joy filled activity. If you like group gatherings, I am sure there will be many to choose from. If you like time alone, that works too. Just listen to your heart on that day and be open to whatever Spirit brings to you. The experience will be worth paying attention to.
Think of it as a portal opening within you. Within that portal are treasures that have been hidden but are now suddenly appearing. Maybe these treasures would be witnessed as gemstones or maybe as geometric figures or maybe in some other way. Whatever way you witness your treasure, know that it is truly yours for the taking and doing so rewards the self for a job well done. You deserve this giving from Spirit for you are beloved and the universal spirit wants you to be filled with the love of self.
So go forward into this upcoming date with the confidence that you will know how to receive your treasure, held within your DNA, lit up from within through the Pineal crossbeams of light. You are your own activator! You are powerful and wonderful and filled with light. Experience your own light and savor the time with Spirit ever-present within you.

Today we will speak about the ascension in a way that will bring more light into your DNA and thus share that light with all aspects of self in order to ascend with greater ease and grace. I know that many of you have been experiencing some difficulties with the ascension process creating fluctuations in energy. Feelings of extreme exhaustion coupled with times of explosive energy coursing through the body are common occurrences right now. This will stabilize in the near future but for now just know that whether you are feeling extreme fluctuations or minor annoyances, all is well!
I can say that all is well because I fully trust that this is so regardless of any perception I might be having that would tell me otherwise. Sometimes we don't know why we have the experiences that we have. Sometimes it would be helpful to have this understanding and other times it wouldn't be. During those times when it would be helpful to have greater understanding of why we are having certain experiences, we always get the guidance we need in one form or another. Sometimes we have to seek it out through books or articles and sometimes providence brings to our awareness through happenstance or seemingly coincidental circumstances all that we need to know to ensure proper growth through our experiences.
With that said we do have an Equinox coming soon. On the 22nd of September, those of us in the Northern hemisphere will experience the end of Summer and the beginning of Fall. This is a glorious time of year as the leaves begin to change colors and fall from the trees and our skies are filled with dramatic cloud formations as the weather shifts into coolness.
We will be moving into an energetic Fall as well. This Fall can be understood as the doorway that leads to Winter within out awareness. Winter usually symbolizes a time of deep inner work as the days grow shorter and we naturally go within more easily (we do this in our external world as well as we close the door to summer activities such as beach time and open the door to more indoor time with creative pursuits such as playing games, drawing, cooking etc.).
As we go within from Fall into Winter we may find that there is a worm-hole of sorts to explore. What do I mean by this? The Fall can be seen as preparation for a very interesting Winter this year. The Fall holds a key that unlocks a door in Winter that will allow our multidimensionality to expand to a greater degree than we have ever experienced and Winter is the perfect time and opportunity to have this experience.
Multidimensional awareness leads to a greater level of ascension more than anything else because as we become aware of ourselves as having more than just this experience we realize that the whole of the experience whether in this reality or others comes from the center of Oneness. This Oneness awareness blossoms within and radiates without creating greater peace and thus greater ease with the ascension process.
So what this Fall leads to is a lessening of the fatigue symptoms as we learn to ride the waves of light more gracefully but also provides a pathway to the center of the multiverse where our view of the many dimensions broadens into a full fledged view of the whole. This is what Winter holds for us--the opportunity to view the multiple realities with greater ease and also then greater understanding and this alone will help us in our process much more than anything else. And the Equinox of this month of September leads the way to these experiences by expanding and broadening our awareness of each other as pieces and parts of the whole. How this will play out in world affairs will be very interesting to witness.
Just remember to keep yourself in the witnessing position instead of the judging position and all will be well, your perceptions will be accurate, and your peace will be enhanced. Then the roller coaster of life can be enjoyed to a greater degree than ever before. What fun we can have together if we can just view life as a game that we are playing with players that we LOVE.

Today we will speak more about DNA and how it is important in connecting you to your awareness of multidimensionality. DNA can be seen as the hub connecting all lives. It connects you to your other selves in a never-ending loop of light. This is hard to describe in words but is beautiful to see if you can engage your mind's eye. Ask to view DNA in this capacity in your meditations. You might be surprised by the beauty that unfolds within the vision. As this vision unfolds then you will receive greater awareness of the true function of DNA and this will open up your awareness further to understanding your role as an ambassador of sorts here on earth for all other lives being lived simultaneously.
Each life contributes to all others through the DNA. It is through this connection that information is passed back and forth though this information may only be in light codes that are not fully understood by the cognitive awareness. Still as the light codes are illuminated understanding can and will come in if it is helpful for it to do so.
DNA functions in this way so that the best possible outcome from all experiences can be had. I find it comforting to know that we are wired for the highest outcome. Our only job is to shift our perception to this understanding so that we can enjoy our lives instead of contributing to suffering through our perceptions. Love is the answer and the way to experiencing that love is to get out of our own way. The way to get out of our own way is sometimes available through understanding experiences, though understanding why we experience what we do is not always necessary to shift negative perceptions. Sometimes just calling on the light or remembering love is enough to shift the perception to love.
As we proceed through the ascension process we will be given many opportunities to practice the art of love in action. In other words we will be given opportunities to heal anything within our awareness that doesn't point to love. How these opportunities are manifested is up to us as individuals being guided by our higher self. The beauty of the system is that we will continue to draw to us all that we need to shift our perceptions to truth. And when perception meets truth in every now moment we will be done. The journey will be complete. At least that is how it appears to me right now.
My point of view about the process is of course through my own filters, therefore take only what resonates from these blog posts. I intend for these posts to be helpful as we are all going through this process together for a reason. We are here to help each other and support each other in whatever ways we can. Sharing information such as this is just one way. There are many other ways that one can share light with the world. Define your way of sharing and jump right in. You'll be rewarded by moving into love. Service is a sure-fire way to understand love at a deeper level. Service can be defined as anything that helps another. And of course as you help another you also help yourself as there is no break in the ring of divinity that we are all a part of.
In closing, DNA is the hub and light is the fuel to love. Find your light within your awareness and determine how it can best be shared by looking within your heart. Whatever brings you joy is the way that you have decided to share your light. Engage in those activities and you'll quite naturally light up the codes within your DNA that hold your own brand of wisdom. This will naturally lead to sharing that wisdom with the world. And we will all benefit from that sharing.

Today's blog concerns the light frequencies once again! I know this subject comes up again and again but it is so relevant to our growth and development that it warrants lots of discussion. The month of October holds a key within it that is just about ready to be delivered. The key is designed to assist us in better understanding ourselves as conduits for these light frequencies. When we think of the light coming from within us and radiating out we are serving a divine purpose as light bearers. When we think of the light coming from our external reality, and thus holding the need to be assimilated, we can have some consequences that feel terrible. Either viewpoint is OK since learning is had from both experiences but I bring forward the internal viewpoint today just to add an element of comfort to the process.
The light frequencies are our Source light making itself known to our awareness so that our biology can grow along with our consciousness. This is somewhat hard to describe and even understand as we are all holding form and formless at the same time. The light frequencies bring forward into our awareness this understanding so that we may share this understanding in various ways with others.
Some of us have chosen messenger as a function during this lifetime. As such we will need to have opportunities to share the message. Spirit naturally cooperates by nudging our interests towards those opportunities where the light can be shared. How it is shared is not important except to the individual with preferences based on learning and growing experiences. The sharing opportunities are vast and hold many shapes and forms.
One way that I share light is through my private practice and also through my volunteer work with Global Alliance, and of course also through this website. All three of these activities suit me as I find them to be joyful and fun. Another messenger may chose a completely different path of sharing light, such as being a teacher in a school. There are many many ways to share light. Everyone on earth is designed to share light but some choose methods that are more obvious than others.
With that said we can talk about the month of October and the opportunity held within it to experience our own light from Source to a much greater degree. Then also those of us with a specific mission as a light bearer will be given opportunities this month in specific ways to share that increased light awareness.
The month of October holds what I will call an activation for the DNA within it. This activation will happen right about the middle of the month and will allow the DNA to function to a fuller capacity, which will in turn affect the functioning of our brains. This is all good and perfectly timed for what comes in the new year. The increased DNA function will of course bring to us the enhanced ability to access our own wisdom. The enhanced wisdom will help to add comfort during the light body infusion as we will know and understand better what is happening. And thus we can share this understanding with others in a clearer fashion, which is both satisfying and mutually beneficial for all.
The enhanced DNA function will also call to us a greater awareness of our multidimensional capabilities and intuitive knowing. This is basically the same thing as calling forward our wisdom for we hold all that wisdom within the various life expressions but do not always have access to that wisdom. So with the activation fueled by light frequencies we will not only activate our DNA further, calling forward our own wisdom from our multidimensional selves, but will also gain comfort through the process, which I know will be welcomed by all.
The idea that I intend to convey with this message is to be aware that this opportunity exists, intend for a wonderful outcome for yourself, move into gratitude for the awesome gift you are giving to yourself from your higher self through the infused light, and celebrate the opportunity and ability to share that light with others in whatever way manifests.
It is so wonderful to be alive at this point in time when we can come together and share with each other in whatever way we have chosen. So many are residing in a place of fear and yet even held within those experiences is learning and the opportunity for growth. We can live peacefully with each other if we choose to do so and we can help each other in times of darkness and times of light. All we need to is choose to do so. When the light comes in so bright this month, celebrate life and enjoy the ride!

Wow, this month has been fantastic with light frequencies! There is so much happening and it is all good! First of all I would like to tell you about some events of some significance coming up in the next few months. Many others are writing about these events and that is good as the more who are aware of them, the better connected we can all be with our intention to serve and be the light that we are.
The first date of significance coming up is, of course, November 11, or the 11:11. Most of you know already about humanity's collective agreement that these double-digit dates would hold light infusions that can be harnessed for growth and development on a personal as well as global level. This one coming up in November is no different and looks at this point to be quite powerful in many wonderful ways. Of course there is always the opportunity to view these dates with an altered perception that would misconstrue the blessings held within them. But most lightworkers feel and understand intuitively the positive nature of these dates.
The 11:11 holds a doorway within it to our future selves. We will get a glimpse of what life holds when we are fully ascended on this day if we ask for it. We can view the future earth residing in peace and harmony on this date through asking to view it. What is the purpose of this viewing? Once something is viewed and/or understood within the awareness, it is much easier to manifest that viewing. In other words the visuals provide the backdrop and we get to fill in the details. That is what this first date of significance is all about so make sure to ask to see your future self residing in perfect peace and harmony with all. You won't be disappointed and might just be amazed at what unfolds.
The second date of significance is the 12:12--also of course a double-digit day. This day provides an opportunity to soar to heaven for a momentary glimpse of perfection. This is just another way of seeing yourself as the love that you are. This vision of the real self is available all the time but on this day another doorway to the light of love opens wide for your viewing pleasure. Again the more you know yourself as love, the better you are able to manifest this love on earth. So take advantage of this day and allow yourself an opportunity to fully tap into this love frequency. I will be there with you as will all of humanity since the whole is always only about love.
Finally the Winter Solstice closes out this year with a bang. We are in for quite a ride with this Solstice. The ride can be quite fun if you are aware of what is happening, and even if you aren't and are willing to go with whatever appears. This is an opportunity to practice acceptance while intending for a perfect outcome for yourself.
I hesitated to offer this information since it is concerned with future dates and takes us out of the now moment as we consider these dates but the benefit of understanding what we have agreed to experience from a collective standpoint on these dates overrides the temporary meandering from the now moment. Truly the opportunity to experience peace, unity, love, oneness exists at a high level on each of these dates and in combination the dates usher in a new year that holds much potential for great leaps and bounds. I am now happy to share this viewpoint as it is one that is beneficial for all who choose to accept it. I am also happy to state once again that this is just my viewpoint from Spirit. There are many paths to peace, all lined with gold. Take whatever resonates and leave the rest.

There are two kinds of DNA currently on earth right now, that which is held in much of humanity and that which is held in the New Humans, although both types of DNA look the same when viewed from this perspective, or rather the perspective of this world. From a broader perspective one can see that the New Humanity DNA is the expansive model, one that we all aspire to. Our own DNA (those of us who are not New Humans) is in the process of entraining to the New Human model, and that is good as it is an evolution that is needed on earth right now.
The new model is expansive in its capabilities, especially in regards to multidimensionality viewing. This is what all of us have been experiencing lately. A broadening of this ability will continue as this is a big part of the ascension process. Our DNA will, through this process, entrain to the new model and then we will all become New Humans. This is a fairly linear representation of what is happening but it works for the level of our intellect at this time. We will understand the current dynamic in greater detail after we have moved through the current shift. This shift was greatly enhanced through the doorway or portal of 11:11 that we recently went through. I was told that an opportunity would present itself to us and that it was up to us to take advantage of it. Now that we have moved through this doorway, I can say that we did take advantage of the opportunity to witness the light at work and participate in its greater plan for humanity.
Many felt this shift, as it created quite a bit of discomfort and yet all is well as always. Whatever has come up for you is for the highest good whether or not it feels that way. Discerning the learning is always part of the package when it is necessary to do so to get the full value of the learning available through that experience.
What I can discern at this point is that we went through quite a shift on 11:11 but it took a few days to settle in so that our awareness could come to some conclusions. The conclusion I have reached is that this doorway to the light illuminated the understanding now necessary to prepare us for next year and what is set to unfold at that time. Of course the time line is always a bit malleable based on our choices but as it stands now we needed to have some illumination so that we can prepare ourselves for what is to come, even if we do not fully understand what that is.
My understanding is that the new year brings a tremendous shift and thus opportunity to further awaken from the dream. The technical part is the shift in our DNA to a different template so to speak. It is difficult to put this into words as it is not a linear experience. Even if the words do not wholly satisfy, the understanding from the attempt to describe the experience is necessary as a preparation within the awareness. That's the best I can do to describe what I am seeing and intuiting at this time. As always, I intend that the words are helpful and know that the light behind the words is intentional in its ability to illuminate whatever is right for each person reading.
I trust that all is well and I know in your heart that you do too! In this way, peace is ours.

We have discussed already the changing DNA in both the New Humans as well as existing humans. This change, more than anything else signals ascension in progress. Yes we are light beings having a human experience, but for many the experience is of a thinking human having a spiritual experience, though this framework of reality is definitely changing to one that fits more with our true nature.
For now we must remember our truth in order to have the changes to our DNA, through Pineal activation, happen. And it is happening through the light frequencies that we hold within as divine creatures of Source light. Yet much of the time we still perceive that these light frequencies are coming from our external world. It doesn't really matter how we perceive the light. All that really matters is that we perceive it because doing so causes the changes to our thinking and thus our projected biology.
We are in the midst of a massive infusion that has propelled us to the next level of evolution. The result being that many of us will be experiencing things that seem to be miraculous or at least unusual. These experiences can be welcomed as they herald a new beginning of sorts.
We need a new beginning now after working our way through so much debris and releasing so much density. What comes next is the need and desire to inhabit a new frequency of light on Earth. This new frequency announces itself now but we will need time to adjust our biology to hold the frequency comfortably. Once this new frequency is well established within our awareness we will quite naturally share it through projection into the outer world. And it is this projection that will create the new beginning.
So while the new frequency has already arrived, it will not be fully announced to the world in an external projection until the new year. New beginning, new year, we have planned things very well. What is to come from the new beginning will only be known as each moment unfolds but more than anything else right now we can be assured that whatever experiences are required to keep accelerating our DNA through our Pineal will continue to stream forth from within to without. Peace will eventually be ours but peace can also be had in each now moment simply through choosing for it to be so.
Again and again we remind ourselves of this truth. The wonder and beauty of the new frequency is this: we will finally begin believing what we have been telling ourselves about truth in the new year. We will more than ever before be willing to embrace our true nature and live each moment from the projection of that truth into the world. This is what many of us having been waiting patiently for while experiencing all that was necessary to prepare to be the light bearers that we are.
I hope this is making sense. The beauty of what is unfolding is hard to put into words. The experiences that are available are tangible but do not lend themselves well to description using words. It doesn't matter. We will have our experiences whether we expect them to arrive or not because it is time and the light that tells us that this is so has arrived in perfect timing as always.
We will be moving into a place of existing in no time more readily in the new year to come. This no time existence is closer to how we really exist than what we experience in the land of time. One result of living in no time is the enhanced ability to trust the unfolding of each moment. We have been practicing this art of living in the moment for a long time. It is now time to live in no time where the present moment is just what is and we exist within it with ease and grace. All of this is available now but will really manifest more clearly and deliberately in the new year.
For now we are still assimilating and thus shifting perception. The biology shifts with perception creating a new template (really an existing template that we were not aware of until now) to reside within. This new template will be described in greater detail in blog posts to come though some information has already been given.
We really are moving into miraculous times and yet those miraculous times are no more than our true natures coming home to our awareness and blossoming outward to create a peaceful existence while holding human form.

Today's post will be once again be about DNA, the changes that are occurring right now, and how those changes will affect our future on planet earth.
DNA is the life force energy in matter. In other words it is the matter formed from our light. It fuels the physical body, creates changes in our forms as it shifts closer to full potential, and allows us to fulfill our desire to live on planet earth in peace.
It all starts with our awareness, then physical changes are triggered through our expanded DNA, with the Pineal helping with the expansion process. Through the expanded potential of DNA we are then made aware of a new template that we can reside within during our time on earth. Once we are made aware of the new template through our expanded DNA (which was expanded through light frequency activation), we can more easily inhabit the new template.
The question that then arises is this: do we need awareness of the template to inhabit it? The answer, paradoxically is yes and no. As always the paradox of life on earth rears up when we try to decipher the answers to these types of questions. And yet eventually the paradox will be revealed to be solved. Yet right now is not that time. So yes we need an awareness of the new template in order to reside within it but that awareness may not be in our conscious mind. In other words it may be residing within our mind in a place that is not yet accessible. So then the answer would seem to be no, awareness is not necessary, but perhaps the clearer way to state this answer is that conscious awareness is not necessary in order to inhabit the new template. In this way then it is obvious that all of humanity does have the opportunity to inhabit the new template, whether consciously aware of it or not.
This is an important point so that we do not reinforce the notion that has been floating around for a long time that only some of humanity will ascend. Everyone has the potential and opportunity to ascend. It is simply a choice that must be made. How that choice is made or not made is individual to each member of humanity.
With that said, the light frequencies bring forth the impetus to make the changes in our lives that call forward unity thinking and or awareness and help us move from a polarized reality to a unified reality. The light frequencies then affect our DNA in a way that expands our wisdom through tapping into our multi-dimensional resources. Our physical bodies shift as a result of this tapping in.
We have just recently gone through quite a shift due to the frequency that came in during the 11:11 doorway. This frequency is not yet fully assimilated but will be very soon. Then the path is paved for the 12:21 doorway to open and remain open. The New Year arrives with this Solstice doorway. The days since 11:11 have been about assimilating this frequency, which can be most easily identified as one that we have known before but forgotten (as our light in the times of Lemuria). The frequency now inhabiting our awareness prepares us for the Solstice doorway by eliminating any dregs of density left over from the past two years of purging and clarifying and purifying. It has been quite a roller-coaster ride of release for most everyone.
The New Year is ushered in through the Solstice doorway. A choice is then being offered once again to take a step closer to your truth through understanding that this doorway exists and then participating with it through ceremony, meditation, or whatever contemplative practice you like. Coming together with others in celebration of our light is always a good idea, and one that is highly recommended at this time. The doorway will not only become quite clear in the mind's eye through these practices but also you will tap into the light there by walking through. When you do you will recognize a part of yourself long hidden from view.
But the best part is this: through that recognition you will now bear that light in a way that it can be shared quite easily with others, offering the greatest gift to mother earth and her inhabitants that can be offered. The light shared through the Solstice doorway helps move humanity along the evolutionary spectrum towards more truthful living and thus we move towards peace. How wonderful is that!
So the end result is that your DNA will expand yet again, assuming the intention is for it to do so. You will then have greater capacity available to yourself to participate more fully in your own growth and development while also expanding your ability to assist others should you choose to do so.
Enjoy the coming 12:12 as that is the date by which we should have fully assimilated the 11:11 frequency and so will be freed up to prepare for the Solstice doorway. How these days are experienced is very individualized based on what your soul self wants to accomplish. Be gentle with yourself at this time for you are working very hard to get where you know you want to be and go. Make sure to participate frequently in any balancing activities that suit you.
Most of all, never forget that the light is coming in to remind you of your absolute perfection and wholeness. Embrace this remembering!

In today's blog I will talk about the upcoming Solstice. There is an opportunity to be had in this Solstice. This opportunity will be made available to all of humanity, whether one is aware of it or not. The opportunity concerns your DNA and how it spins. You can all recall past blog posts where we discussed DNA and how it is accelerating to bring forth more wisdom from within, or perhaps could also stated as from multi-dimensional sources. The current Solstice takes that understanding and expands on it.
The spin of your DNA determines the template that you project to inhabit in this life of form. How you perceive that form or template is a mechanism of your level of awareness. Bringing in a new level of awareness is part of the purpose of these posts for as your awareness broadens and expands through light sharing you will quite naturally entrain to the new template available for your next level of evolution.
The understanding necessary at this time in order to take full advantage of the gift available this coming Solstice is that your spin will be increased if you allow to be so. Actually it will be increased whether you allow it to be so or not because at a different level of awareness you have agreed to this in order to expedite the evolutionary process en masse right now. What is at stake on an individual level is the ability to open up and receive the greater awareness of the new template available through the light infusion during the Solstice window of opportunity.
If you are aware of the opportunity and consciously welcome in through intention the move to the accelerated or expanded DNA template, then you surely will. If you choose not to participate in this way you will still experience the acceleration of spin of your DNA, which will be amazingly helpful in moving humanity forward on the spectrum away from polarity and into unity consciousness. So either way we all benefit from this Solstice but for those willing to engage in some effortless effort via a contemplative or celebratory practice, more goodness can be received propelling one forward on their path to peace. This is the main message that I want convey with this post.
So celebrate the Solstice through a group gathering or a solo venture but tune in and ask for the gift of the Solstice to be received in fullness. Your pure intention to be a vehicle of light in this world will be rewarded with forward motion at a level or speed that is just right for you. It is always this way but awareness helps move the vehicle forward on the planned path of enlightenment. Spirit is guiding us ever so wonderfully to peace and light and joy. We only need to be willing participants on the path to experience the full benefit of this guidance.
I will be there with you celebrating the light, adding grace to the process, and sending gratitude to all aspects of Self providing these gifts. Remember there is no separation so the gift of the light is always a gift from you to you, and you are All.

Merry Christmas to all those who celebrate this holiday and Happy Hanukah to all those who celebrate this holiday and Happy Holidays to all those who celebrate other holiday traditions. This is a time of celebration for a doorway has opened into the light that has been a long time coming. This doorway, which was opened on the Solstice, will lead all of humanity to a greater understanding of the divine self, the great oneness. There is simply no greater gift that could have been given this holiday season.
I know that many of you are feeling the increased frequencies. There are plenty of symptoms being expressed through individuals. These symptoms will subside with time and adjustment. In the meantime try to focus on the big picture with gratitude as your base emotion. This will help move any discomfort through. Gratitude can be easily cultivated at this time of year as we recognize how rich we are in so many ways. Every single one of us has so much to offer to the whole. One simple vision of oneness can ripple out and affect many. One effort towards peace has lasting effects on not only the self but all others around you. Every breath that is taken with a thought of peace helps move peace from within to without. This is the way of it and we are all getting the hang of living as walking meditations of peace.
We will continue to have our individualized experiences but more and more we will feel the peace and love that flourishes within our hearts move out and into our external realities creating miracles of light for all. Each one of us has so much to offer to the world. We must never forget how we are able to manifest whatever is for the highest good at all times. Our belief systems that tell us otherwise will fall away as we realize our power through taking complete and total responsibility for everything that we experience.
I know it is a tall order to take this type of total responsibility but the rewards are great for how can you believe in your power to manifest your reality if you refuse to accept what you have already manifested by pointing fingers towards others when challenged? Only when we realize that we have created absolutely everything that we experience do we then accept our power as creative beings able to manifest anything. That time is coming but it is up to us to use our power to shatter old dying belief systems further. Freedom calls. We have been given the opportunity to answer with a resounding YES! The doorway to the light opened during the Solstice holds this one word within in it: responsibility. We can accept or deny. Our choice will manifest yet more experiences to take us on our way.
The journey becomes very interesting now and into the new year, which started the day after the solstice. We get to choose whatever we experience. Understanding this will determine our direction. What an opportunity then to create! We have a lot to be grateful for. Summon your gratitude and ride the wave of peace that results from your summoning.

As always there is much going on! We have been on quite a wild ride with the Full Moon/Solstice/Eclipse energy fueling our journey. I am still feeling waves of light from the opening created by the Solstice. Of course I invited in the light and asked for rejuvenation and expansion through this doorway. You get what you ask for! And it is all good!
We will be experiencing much more to come with the Solstice energy still causing change and expansion. For the next few weeks or longer we will continue to expand and tap into the energy available for transition and change. We need to keep moving in the expanded direction at this time because there is much joy to be had and all that is required to experience that joy is to remove obstacles. There is resistance in most channels of light due to early conditioning or other experiences that caused overlays to become entrenched in those channels. The spiritual journey is one that requires removal of that conditioning or those overlays in order to experience the joy of true nature. As the overlays are removed the remembrance of perfection, oneness and unity occurs. As we move into the light more and more remembrance is triggered by this advancement. That's why I say it's all good!
The New Year has begun with the Solstice and so we venture into new territory as we wind down December. What that new territory holds is not yet completely determined. In other words, the broad brush strokes of experience are there but the details are filled in as we go along making choices in each moment. The choice for love always ensures the greatest outcome. The choice to be kind and patient ensures a wonderful life. The choice to give to others after your own cup is full ensures the best kind of living.
Right now we will reside most easily in the present moment by letting go of fear and worry and instead choosing to hold gratitude in our minds for the goodness that exists in our lives. This one action will ensure that each next happening is one of greatness, joy and love. Gratitude for what is good now paves the way for goodness to complete itself in never ending circles of experience. It can be no other way because the vibration of gratitude ensures that all that is good continues to flow. Give it a try. Start your day with gratitude and end your day with gratitude and you will create the vibration of goodness throughout your day. Quite naturally you will begin to notice things throughout the day to be grateful for and as you do, more shows up. It is really so simple but the focus needs to be there in order for the goodness to keep on expanding!
And really we have so much to be grateful for! As I continue with this practice it is amazing how so much more continues to infiltrate my awareness each and every day.
All of our disciplines are helping us as our awareness taps into our multidimensional state of being. We are continually tapping into the wisdom of the ages as we move along the path of evolution. Gratitude for the journey and all the goodness therein is a great way to feel not only comfort but absolute joy. Each day holds potential in every now moment for not only balance but joyful heartfelt living. Open yourself to this potential by loving what is!

Thank you for all that you do to assist yourself in expanding your own light and then sharing it with others. Each gift of sharing is recorded in the DNA and is appreciated by All That Is. I am so happy to share some light with you in this way. There is much going on in the world right now. Much light being shared by the sun and much heat moving through causing cleansing and clearing and releasing. All is good. All is well. Comfort can be encouraged through the regular routes of time in nature, time in meditation, time with those that you love: animals, children, people, time with yourself alone and with quiet, time having fun and being joyful just because you can. You get the idea. Any and all distractions from suffering are welcome now. There is just so much joy to be had if one is willing to receive the light through this filter instead of through the darker lens that humanity sometimes chooses.
I'd like to talk a little bit today about the divine blueprint, the template of geometry through which form is held on earth. There is much to be learned about this template right now if you are willing to tap into the wisdom that is available. This divine template has always been with us, though we have not always perceived it and therefore humanity has suffered illness and other hardships. There is a doorway arriving soon that will enhance our perception of the divine template's qualities. That doorway is the upcoming Solstice. You will be able to perceive the divine template in a more satisfying way than ever before as this date passes through. There is an understanding available that has been covered for some time that will be uncovered if you are willing to pursue the uncovering through tuning in to your guidance.
The uncovering will reveal a sacred geometry that you are very familiar with but may have altogether forgotten. Don't be surprised if tears well up unbidden when you tune in as the frequency of heaven opens and greatly expands the heart. Don't be surprised if puzzle pieces fall into place within your awareness. The Solstice holds a powerful and revealing energy so much is available through revelation and when revelation occurs the heart sings a powerful song of remembrance that can cause the flood gates to open wide. Tears of joy may flow and that is good! Or perhaps you will get a glimpse of the expansive nature of infinite being through your meditation/contemplation. Whatever experience you bring forward is of course serving the greatest good. It can be no other way!
As the template is revealed the blueprint is understood and wisdom chambers are opened further through this alignment. There are nodes along the crystalline grid that line up with star systems causing an expansion through the entrainment of self to multidimensional self. In other words on these points and places and timeframe references, there is an overlapping of dimensions wherein you may receive DNA illumination through Pineal activation. These overlays are designed to occur at just the right time for humanity's greatest good and cause an acceleration in vibration. We hit these all the time but may not always be aware of when they occur. This time we will be aware because the eclipse/full moon/Solstice provides the opening to that awareness. So tune in and gather up the treasures. Be grateful for what you are bringing to yourself knowing that it will propel you forward in a most joyful way!

The full moon arrives this Sunday bringing rather large tides to the coast. The sea spray washes clean all energies that have stagnated as of late. The moon light shines bright upon humanity bringing a clarity of perception needed in this now time.
As November winds down and the holidays ramp up, a time for reflection draws near. See your reflection in a great pond of water surrounded by glistening rocks holding specific patterns or formations.
These rocks hold crystalline light within them and know of future potentials. As you see your reflection, notice the beautiful light shining golden within your eyes. Go deeper into that golden light and retrieve its treasure. There is something there to be discovered. Something ancient and also brand new in this lifetime. Something that heralds good fortune for those willing to receive it and something that is truly truly magical.
The golden light within your own eyes lights the way to the treasure. Follow that light inward and deeper until you begin to see, feel, or experience in any way an unfolding. The dimensions call to you now carrying within that call the light of all; the One Source from which you have arrived and departed so many times. Now is the time for greater realization of this core essential light being that is ready for projection into an upgraded physical form. All is in alignment. View the template and state your readiness. You will be rewarded with a glimpse of heaven that will then radiate out from within encompassing all of you in the here and now and all of you in all dimensions.
Do you understand the gift you give to yourself through this willingness to witness your core essence, your divine light, the being of love that you are?
Everything moves in cycles. The current cycle closes while a new cycle begins. The overlap time, which we are now in holds magic within it. Nodal openings within the crystalline grid facilitate multidimensional wisdom retrieval from overlapping dimensions.
Your portal of light can be accessed in so many ways. View yourself through your own eyes in this way and you plumb the depths of your origins. So much wisdom is available there! The wisdom of all ages and all times awaits. Each piece that you perceive holds the whole collective within it. And each piece retrieved allows perception to shift broadening awareness and bringing forward the sweetest taste of peace. Just enough to cause you to continue to gather that wisdom piece by piece, meditation by meditation, until you truly know, acknowledge, and perceive yourself as the light being that you are.
Willingness, practice, exposure, and peace are the key ingredients in this now time for an expanded journey into joyful living. Willingness to practice thoughts and actions that bring forth the knowing and loving light of Spirit into your life. Diligence pays off! Practice makes perfect. In this case perfection is already here, so practice causes perfect perceptions. Exposure to that perfection automatically lifts and melds perception into a place of joyfulness. Peace is the result; life lived perpetually in peace. Sharing and spreading peace is the icing on the cake!
There simply is no better time than now to delve into your own glorious golden light through meditative or contemplative reflection with the intention to receive nuggets of wisdom that will effectively shift your perception and illuminate further your light body. Participate in this activity in whatever way you feel called to do so and know that you will be rewarded. Multiply that reward by a thousand and you will begin to get a glimpse of all that awaits you when your awareness matches the truth of your perfection.

As everyone may have noticed there is quite a bit going on energetically! We have had lots of solar activity but also there have been anomalies occurring throughout the world. Some of these occurrences are explainable and some are not. It doesn't matter because all that occurs is always part of the stream of well-being that is our light manifesting into form for us to experience. Our perception of these events is based on our beliefs. Our brain decodes what we experience by looking through the files of experiences that we hold and then deciphering what this new experience must mean. But occasionally something unexplainable comes along; something for which there is no reference point. Then we are in a position to expand our awareness and this expansion is a very good thing because it allows us to tap into the vault of wisdom that we hold but have not fully accessed.
Now is a fantastic time to open that vault just a bit wider and peer inside. You can do this several ways but one easy way is to simply intend that you perceive whatever is available in order to expand your awareness and then wait to see what comes into your life. Whether you state this intention during meditation or otherwise you will set into motion a series of experiences designed to tap into your own wisdom. You might be surprised by what appears. Whatever does appear can be celebrated and appreciated as part of your light stream being manifested because you are ready to receive it.
Take good care of yourself right now while the sun continues to stream light frequencies our way. Listen to your inner being and follow that guidance for peace. Know that you are being lovingly cared for from within to without during these times of transition. There is so much to tap into and all of it is helpful! Take time for stillness each and every day. Continue with a toning practice to maintain balance as well as bring the stream of light that you are into greater focus within your awareness. Seek out the company of others that you feel add joy to your life and intend that you create joy in their lives as well. Send light to those who are suffering. Do this in whatever way that you feel is best and right for you with the intention always that the highest good is served. You will feel absolutely wonderful while assisting others on the healing journey.
There are doorways upon doorways opening up now and throughout the rest of this year as we prepare for the new year to come. The energy of 2011 is already here, ready and waiting to be discovered and yet it melds perfectly with the ending of 2010. What a wonderful time to be on earth! And how joyous it is to be together in this now time.

Now is the time if ever there was one to determine what can be done to maintain balance each and every day so that your contribution to planetary peace is given. Inner peace leads to planetary peace. The question then becomes what can be done to maintain balance and generate peace from within so that the external reality is one of peaceful joy? Toning is an excellent tool that can be used daily to bring your energy bodies into balance while activating your Pineal and thus accelerating your progress through the spiritual spectrum. It all boils down to experiencing love. Unconditional love of self leads to unconditional love of all for they are one and the same. With that said I am sharing here a handout that I created about Pineal Toning.
I facilitated the monthly Pineal Toning group at the Global Alliance Center on Tuesday night of this week. We had a wonderful time discussing what Pineal Toning is, how it benefits us, and why it works so well to balance energy and bring light (and thus truth) into the awareness. After a guided meditation we toned as a group and all of us enjoyed quite wonderful sensations of joy and bliss as well as hearing overtones and more during the process.
I share this handout so that anyone who feels too shy to come to a group might try practicing at home. The whole point of our toning group is to share a practice that provides balance and illumination. At that same time we get to enjoy coming together once a month to practice and share our light with each other. All About Pineal Toning
What is Pineal Toning?
Pineal Toning is an expression of sound from your own voice that extends your light into the world and in so doing balances your energy. Pineal Toning is a particular type of toning designed to activate the Pineal gland and thus enhance balance and generate healing vibrations for the energy bodies. It is an excellent tool to bring in the light to expand DNA. Since the Pineal acts a gateway to truth within your body, activating it leads to greater wisdom and acceleration on the spiritual path.
Why does it work?
Pineal toning is one tool in a world of many tools but it works well because the human body is designed to respond to sound and therefore uses it easily to restore balance. Think of yourself as a giant tuning fork. The tone you make is the way that you bring yourself into perfect tune by the remembrance of your divinity as one with all. Thus, while toning each cell in your body is called to vibrate to the resonance of your true nature.
How do you do Pineal Toning?
It’s easy! Practice vowel sounds to begin while intending that your crystalline frequency is expressed:

Listen for the crystalline sound within the tones as you practice vowel sounds. It is fine to practice the sounds high, low or in-between. Know that when you hear the crystalline sound you have hit your signature frequency or Pineal activating tone. Practice that one tone again and again so that you can hit it every time.
What are the benefits of Pineal Toning?
There are several benefits to Pineal toning. Toning enhances intuition and clarity of vision by clearing resistance from your channel of light. You may experience visions from your Higher Self while toning designed to assist with life learning. Overtones may be heard while toning indicating a connection through DNA to your multidimensional self and thus wisdom is more easily retrieved. Physical benefits include increased oxygenation to the cells of the body and increased lung capacity. Toning balances the energy bodies and activates the Pineal providing a path to greater enlightenment.

A story for all.
There was once a small man on a large island. The island was so large that it was quite easy get lost or not see another person for days at a time. There were ample resources on this island so getting lost was not a problem; all needs were met with the greatest of ease.
One day this small man saw a set of footprints in the sand that were not his own. He hadn’t seen another person in several days and so was eager and excited to meet the visitor. The footprints were large, much larger than his own. He wondered how tall this man must be to have such large feet.
As he followed the footprints he realized that they led deep into the jungle and soon trees closed in on him. He found himself in a clearing surrounded by giant and very old trees. The footprints led into a shaded area where there was a small statue. The man had never seen this statue before yet he had been all around the island and had certainly explored this clearing in times past. Upon closer inspection he realized that the statue was made of small rocks from the island; three small rocks perfectly balanced to create what appeared to be a statue. He marveled at these rocks as they appeared to glow from within.
As the man tried to approach the rocks he encountered a field that could not be penetrated. The field was strong and repellent. The man did not want to enter this field even if he could do so. As he was pondering this strange occurrence, he noticed a bright shiny golden key on the ground at his feet. He had not seen the key before but there it was now shiny as could be.
The man picked up the key, which caused the field to lessen and then disappear altogether. At the same time the three perfectly balanced and glowing rocks began to sing. A beautiful crystalline tone rang out and surrounded the island in luminous white light. At this time the man realized that his feet had lifted off the ground. He was floating and feeling an incredible sense of peace. He really could not believe this was happening but did allow it to continue as the joy running through him was so great. Bliss rang out with the tones. He noticed that the three small, perfectly balanced, glowing and now singing rocks were changing colors from green to blue to purple and back. All the while the crystalline tones continued.
Soon daylight began to fade. The man gently lowered to the ground as the toning rocks stopped. Then the rocks faded, and both the key and the footprints vanished. The man expected the field to return but it didn’t. He realized then that he was free. Free from the imprisonment of longing. Free from the desire for perfection. He had experienced his own perfection and in doing so his realization was permanent. He was free from all needs. Everything within had been acknowledged and he felt satisfied.
Amazingly the man had grown very tall. He was no longer a small man but was a giant. He no longer feared anything. That night he slept peacefully and dreamed of paradise found.

Have you been feeling the build up? Humanity, collectively, has decided to allow a light infusion of the highest order on the upcoming 10.10.10. Yes, this is just a date on the calendar and yes to some that is all that it will be but for others there will be at time of great celebration at hand for what has been manifested. You see there is an opportunity present to embrace and be embraced by the light that will further our connection to the crystalline grid in a most wonderful way!
The light infusion can be experienced by simply being still sometime on Sunday and asking for the light of Source to bathe you in recognition of the truth of what you are. If you are inclined to participate with Spirit in this way, you will be rewarded with insight, and the feeling of celebration. If you take the time to participate in group activities, whether it be meditation, walking, or any other activity in nature or at sacred sites (and your living room could be a sacred site if you so choose to manifest it as one) then you will feel the connection to Source in an even deeper way. Every day is a good day to further align oneself with Source but this Sunday it will be very easy to feel this alignment because humanity has deemed for this to be so.
Furthermore there will be an alignment that cannot be adequately described here that has to do with the many dimensions available and participating at all times. Think of your DNA as a giant ring with spokes streaming out in all directions (very linear I know but words fall short so we'll have to make do). From these spokes think of light as energy moving through and into the center where it then moves back out again, as in the shape of a torus. This is representative of your multidimensional lives happening all at once and sharing information through DNA.
DNA is a light and information transmitter and receiver. All of you participates with all of you all the time through this mechanism. When there is an agreed upon alignment, more information is available in this dimension of reality through DNA transference. Therefore, when you tap into your own wisdom through meditation, toning or any other contemplative activity or practice on Sunday you will find that a greater level of awareness of the wisdom held in these other dimension is available.
What you realize on Sunday will take time to assimilate and may not be consciously recognized until a later date when seeming pieces of the puzzle arrive to create a cohesive whole. I say, seeming because there are really no puzzle pieces as we are all already whole but have not yet completely achieved this awareness (some on earth have completely achieved this awareness but as of now they are still quite a small minority).
So you might think of 10.10.10 as an opportunity to move closer to the recognition and experience of wholeness in this dimension while also understanding that there will be a simultaneous transmission offered to all. This is a gift of the highest light brought to you by your desire to know yourself as the perfection that you are. Celebrations are in order!
Enjoy the day without expecting anything except joyful reunion with the Self. Knowledge of the self is what life is all about and is what brings the greatest level of satisfaction in life. Take advantage of the opportunity that opens wide through this date and know that you will be well pleased.

Today I would like to talk about my perception of what occurred with the Equinox yesterday. There was a crystalline gateway that appeared magically as an opening for those who would choose to walk through it. This gateway is a precursor to the 10.10.10 light infusion which will enhance and increase the vibratory rate of humanity through illumination of the crystalline lightbody. It will also enhance our ability to connect more readily with the crystalline grid.
The gateway that I am calling crystalline that appeared on the Equinox is connected to our understanding of our lightbody and its connection to the crystalline grid. The lightbody as well as the grid work in tandem with the crystals within the earth to assist on our ascension journey.
Remember that we created all of this to help us ascend. We are only now becoming aware of what we created and how it all works together because making these connections is helping us. In other words as our perception expands through illumination from the light frequencies we begin to have more multidimensional experiences, which causes our perception to expand again and thus brings forward more wisdom into our now moments as they unfold. All of this sequencing fuels the ascension process because underneath it all what we truly desire is to know love.
Love is truth. Truth is love. The source of all that is, is love. We all want to know this, to remember this, and thus to experience this love. To do so we have designed an ascension process to take us to a higher vibration so that we can experience the love that we know that we are but have somehow forgotten. The ascension process then is fueled by this in-born desire to know love. Light frequencies move through us in streams to assist us in projecting out higher vibrating realities, which is only possible because we are willing to let go of old beliefs that were creating the old realities. A new reality is projected from the expanded thought forms which are fueled by light, which is fueled by our desire to know ourselves as love.
It is not complicated though words are not always the best vehicle to convey the simplicity of the system. Love is what we are as well as what we want. All that we create is designed to bring forward this understanding so that we can reside in peace. Choice prevails so we either choose to resist this knowing and thus experience struggle and hardship or flow with it and experience joy. Living joyfully is a choice to flow with the light that we are. So simple. Awareness of our choices lead to new choices if we are unhappy and this is how we learn to maneuver through life while ascending.
The good news is that the gift of the crystalline gateway on the Equinox leads to an illumination through incoming light frequencies that will activate earth crystals and enhance our understanding of our crystalline light bodies and the crystalline grid. This enhanced understanding will quite naturally cause an expansion in our perception and will facilitate a leap forward towards ascension.
Joy is available in every now moment. It is all that is real. Our job is to choose this joy so that we can experience living in the stream of love that is truth.

There has been much going on in the world: earthquakes, volcanoes, fires and more. Each activity is serving a purpose though we do not always know what that purpose is. The theme almost always has to do with purification. I have seen this on a micro scale in individuals and a macro scale in world events. Purification is necessary now so that we are ready for what is to come in the very near future.
The Equinox arrives this month. Our purification now prepares us for travel through the Equinox doorway. We are being helped in our process of purification through the light frequencies that have ramped up yet again. Though the frequencies are good for us, sometimes issues that rise up and/or clearings from within can be uncomfortable. I have felt uncomfortable sensations in my physical body again, which tells me that these frequencies are quite powerful right now. Much of the time I feel the frequencies but not in any way that I would describe as uncomfortable but this recent influx has created some discomfort.
If I were to choose two words to describe what is happening right now (besides purification) I would say expansion and transition. As we expand through DNA illumination (and thus wisdom retrieval from our multidimensional selves) we quite naturally transition to a higher vibration. This expansion may be accompanied by ascension symptoms such as headaches, dizziness, fatigue, light-headedness and more. The lighter we become the closer we are to being our true nature but the expansion process requires an energetic output thus fatigue often accompanies it.
Another experience that is common during times of expansion is having wild dreams, sometimes remembered and sometime not. We travel interdimensionally during our dream state gathering up data and information to help us in our awake state. As we proceed through the ascension process we spend more time traveling interdimensionally during our dream state than we used to. This also may contribute to fatigue during the day as we do not always experience the deep sleep state, which is how we rejuvenate our physical bodies. Not to worry as we will eventually hit some deep sleep states once we have moved through the expansion period. If you pay attention to the cycles you might notice that after several nights of wild dreams and even some days of fatigue you will have a few nights of really deep sleep without dream recall. Of course each path is unique so some of you may not experience these types of cycles.
The reward that we receive through illumination and increased vibration is expanded perception. Expanded perception enlarges our world, including multidimensional experiences but also creates awareness and understanding of topics that we were not able to comprehend prior to the expansion. We have a better understanding of our quantum nature even if we do not label it as that. Movement in the direction of expanded awareness leads to unity consciousness, which is why we are here.
Unity consciousness or the experience and thus understanding of oneness or the connectedness of everything is the healing journey defined. We are here to remember our perfection and thus understand through experience wholeness. Once that wholeness and perfection are remembered we become the beacons of light that shine out into the world illuminating the pathway for others. Pure service is the result of ascension.
Right now we are being given the gift of light and through that light we are purifying our channels yet again. This purification process is necessary if we are to walk through the Equinox doorway with comfort. The doorway looms large and just ahead but is rimmed in gold. Gold is a fantastic conduit for light. The Equinox doorway is a preparation for the influx of the 10.10.10 light codes to come in October.
Prepare well then by simply being in the light that bathes us now. Let go of limiting beliefs as the gift of the light allows this purification to be effective and even easy right now. Allow the stream of light to run through your consciousness. Pay attention to what has risen to the surface as revelation. Receive the gift held in that revelation and allow yourself to fall into a reverie of gratitude. This will ensure smooth arrival to the Equinox doorway.
I am looking forward to the Equinox as I love the Fall. I love to watch the leaves fall from the trees. I love the feeling of the wind as it shifts into a soft cool breeze. And most of all I love the big fluffy white clouds that fill up our incredible blue skies here in California as we await the first signs of rain. This Fall Equinox I will hold myself open to receiving all the gifts that the light brings and I will hold intention to share those gifts with all.

The sun shines very bright these days, with solar flares causing radiant light to bathe the earth. Coronal Mass Ejections are happening with regularity now but I was recently reminded that this activity has been happening all along, we have just not always been aware of it because we did not have the technology to monitor the activity until fairly recently in our history.
The light frequencies which we have all been experiencing ride on waves delivered through the sun as a portal. The sun is in alignment with the Great Central Sun through which the frequencies make themselves known. By alignment I don't necessarily mean physical alignment as that would be a linear way of looking at a non-linear subject but rather I mean alignment having to do with fulfilling purpose.
The purpose of the frequencies is to broaden our awareness, expand our perception and allow us to choose again if we are suffering. If we are already aligned with truth then no other choice need be made but if we are suffering in any way through negativity or false perceptions then we need to shift our perception, and the way to do that is through choice.
Sometimes we need a little help or perhaps we need a boost in frequency to shift our perception. We are always being given this boost as the light frequencies rhythmically appear within our reality. The rhythm provides a constant stream of light. We need only step into the stream to shift our perception. The beauty of the choice to shift perception through allowing in the light is that it causes expansion. Our brains can actually perceive in a new way when we allow expansion to bring in the light codes that are already held within us but may not be illuminated.
I hope this isn't sounding too complicated because it is a really simple process. Choose to see the light in everyone and everything and expansion is yours, guaranteed. Try it and see what a difference it makes in your life. I have been experiencing an opportunity for expansion of this nature at an accelerated rate right now. How do I know this? I know it because of how I feel, and also because of what has come into my reality for review. There have been a few things that have reappeared from my past, almost as if to see if I will really walk my talk. I recognized this just recently when pondering a few situations. The realization was wonderful in that it caused me to feel joyful that I have the opportunity to shift my perception to one more aligned with truth. In other words, I need to see the players in these scenarios as the light beings that they are and that alone will shift the situation because it is my perception that is creating my experience.
The joy is in the unfolding when a new choice is made. Spirit will cooperate with you every single time, bringing you exactly what you both want and need as long as the choice is clearly made. The understanding of what you truly want must be present. Think about it. How can Spirit bring to you what you want if you are not clear on what that is. Once you are clear, then just keep imagining it. Remember the brain doesn't know the difference between what we call reality and what we call imagination. So imagine what you want, intend for it to be so and hang on to that. If you do you will automatically release what you don't want. It is a discipline to be sure as the old grooves are easy to fall back into so you have to keep imagining what you really want.
Pay attention right now as we are in a Mercury retrograde period so situations, circumstances, scenarios will arrive again for review if it is healing for them to do so. This is such a grand opportunity so don't suffer through perceiving these times as negative or difficult. Instead witness the scenarios from an objective standpoint (and if you are having trouble finding objectivity, reach out to someone you trust and who will tell you the truth and ask for help), see what is unfolding from this witnessing position, then choose the perception that you want or would like to have, and stick with that, again and again, until it becomes what you experience.
It may take some time or no time at all but if you do this you will manifest change in the way that you want it to appear. And life will become more joyful as you begin to experience the joy of creation!
We will continue in this current pattern of opportunity for introspection and contemplation for some time before we slide into the Equinox. Fall is a wonderful time to rebalance as the energies shift into different patterns than what summer brings. With that I have an announcement to make. I have been receiving a lot of information in my meditations about the mechanics of ascension, how it all works, what the process is for, and why we chose to experience it now. I believe I will be forming this information into a new class that will be limited to a small number so that we can work together to delve deeper into the subject of ascension than we could with a larger class. I will keep you posted as the ideas formulate into a cohesive whole to be shared. For now, notice the sun's activity as it directly relates to the earth changes we are experiencing and the earth changes we are experiencing affect each one of us on levels that we are sometimes aware of and sometimes not aware of.
There has been much activity as of late with solar flares, coronal mass ejections, and the solar wind stream. We have also been in the midst of meteor showers from an old comet. These two activities happening in our solar system affect us deeply even if we are unaware of those affects. I have both witnessed in others and experienced in myself heightened emotions in the past few days. Today I was at the movies seeing Eat Pray Love and an elderly gentleman fell to the ground when he tried to stand up in the middle of the movie. Many audience members got up to help and make sure he was OK. I was moved to tears by the scene that unfolded, and by the goodness of humanity. I felt a wave of compassion move through the theatre as all were concerned and wanted to be sure that this man was taken care of. He ended up leaving the movie by walking out so he was not badly hurt by the fall. I was surprised by the emotion that welled up so quickly within me through this experience.
As a side note, I was tickled to see in the movie the medicine man from Bali draw a picture of an even-sided cross with a circle in the center to illustrate the meaning of balance. This symbolic illustration is a perfect way to convey the idea of balance and I was pleased to see it appear in a somewhat mainstream movie.
The energies coming from the sun can cause heightened emotional responses to our external reality. They also assist with the cleansing process that we have all been going through for what seems like a long time! Heat has again been experienced by many, moving through the system in waves of purification. Again, it is all good even if uncomfortable. The journey continues now at an accelerated pace because humanity is ready once again for another leap into transition. These transitions come and go, each one bringing us closer to truth by helping us release whatever might be blocking truth realization. When all that is in the way has been released, or stripped clean, we will be done. For now, gratitude for the assistance from the light is always an appropriate and balancing response.
Hold on as we move into the final weeks of August then slide right into September. The Fall Equinox prepares us for the energy of the 10.10.10 by providing some relief from the intense energies we have been experiencing since the Summer Solstice. Balance is the name of the game right now and the Equinox helps by reminding us of all that we have at our fingertips to assist in maintaining balance. We will also be able to access deep states of meditation during that time, which again will prepare us for the opening to occur during the 10.10.10 timeframe. We are all ready for this opening but we will experience it with greater comfort through the doorway of the Equinox as a balancing mechanism before the 10.10.10 energy arrives.
Breath a heavy sigh of relief and bask in the renewed energies of relaxation as this month winds down and September begins. My kids start school on August 25, which feels really early to me but is a good time since the energies of August will be coming to a close at about that time and as September approaches that fabulous Fall feeling will begin to build. Life renews itself in these wonderful cycles of time because we have created it that way. The beginning of the school year always feels exciting as new doors open and the doors of summer begin to close.
Enjoy the final days of summer as August peaks and then begins to wind down. September will be a glorious month of renewal and balance as we continue to prepare for Fall. Life is good if you intend for it to be so and then believe in your ability to create! Enjoy each day, and every now moment, as each now moment leads to the next creating your reality.

There is much going on energetically. I am sure you are all feeling it. I have spoken to many who are struggling to maintain balance during these times of heightened energetics. The energies of late have had at their core a purpose that has not been fully revealed. In other words what we are experiencing now will not be completely understood until later when we look back and see the improvements made during this now time. This backwards view will happen sometime in September or October well after the Fall Equinox when balance will be easier to maintain and thus clarity of vision will be had.
For now it is imperative that we use our tools to maintain balance. There are so many ways to return to balance when feeling unsettled. One of the very best ways is to commune with nature. Get outside and give some love to the earth while releasing built up energies. The trees, flowers, rocks, minerals and animals will welcome you to their paradise. Get near some water if you can and soak up the positive vibrations of that water source. You don't have to go into the water, although that might be nice if you have the desire to do so; just being near water can be balancing and healing.
Another easy way to return to balance is to cultivate stillness. It can take as little as five minutes of conscious breathing or simply being still for a few minutes to regain the perspective that everything is all right. A short rest with full body relaxation can be very balancing as well. Lie down and be still for fifteen minutes while intending that when you arise you will be rejuvenated and feel peaceful for the rest of the day. Your nervous system will be happy if you take the time to do this.
Watch what you eat right now. Pay attention to what seems to be nourishing you best. The food that nourishes you best right now might not be the usual foods that you eat. I have found that the freshest food is really healing for me. I have the luxury of fruit fresh picked from trees in the neighborhood. I have one neighbor with an apricot and apple tree in her front yard. Each summer she puts a sign up asking all of her neighbors to help themselves to the fruit from these trees. What a gift! I have a plum tree in my yard that is bearing fruit right now. We also have a wonderful organic produce market here in Templeton with fresh picked fruits and vegetables brought in daily from local farms. I know I am blessed to live in this area of where fresh food is abundant and I am grateful every day for this blessing, especially right now when balance is so important. But even if you live in an area without a lot of fresh food, you can bless your food and be grateful for whatever you have to eat and that simple act will make whatever you are eating healing for your body.
The point is to believe, think, pay attention, and act in ways that support you best right now while we are in the midst of life-giving light frequencies that are wonderful but may cause us to feel unstable. Balance your energy in whatever way appeals to you and then you can be of service to others through that balanced place. Enjoy the good things in your life right now and practice gratitude each day to shift your energy into balance. The key to a happy life is participating in activities that you love and thus bring you joy. Move towards those activities now with renewed passion knowing that by doing so you reinforce truth within your awareness.
We are in the midst of a grand opportunity. Take advantage of the frequencies to unearth troubling aspects of your life, and through that awareness choose again, to shift into a better way of living. Participating in healing activities will generate big shifts right now. You will be rewarded with forward motion of an accelerated nature. Your efforts will pay off!
It appears to me that by early October we will have a greater understanding of what is taking place energetically right now. For now we need to trust that we are exactly where we need to be, experiencing what our Spirits want us to, and participate willingly with our lives so that resistance is minimized.

This Sunday (tomorrow) a solar eclipse will occur during the new moon. This combination brings a great opportunity for freedom from the tyranny of your own mind. This tyranny is completely self-imposed and creates great struggle in life. Without tyranny life flows with greater ease.
What is it that brings forward the opportunity for freedom? Humanity's choice as a collective body of light awaiting recognition through frequencies now available and bathing the earth.
Freedom is the driving force creating desire, which is fueling the light frequencies at this time. The light frequencies then illuminate the desire for freedom held within the collective heart of humanity, which then leads to the opportunity to release tyranny of the mind.
Mind conditioning falls away through the choice for it to do so. Making the choice to release this conditioning is greatly supported at the time of the new moon/eclipse, as there is going to be an opening within the minds and hearts of humanity facilitated through this event. This opening can lead to liberation from the tyranny of the conditioned mind if you allow freedom to come forth.
What a grand opportunity and a great gift! Take advantage of this special day and time to tune in to higher self guidance. The opportunity is there for learning that will lead to even greater freedom in future times.
Be sure to release any expectations as you tune in so that the full benefit of the light is received and assimilated in the greatest possible way and with the least resistance. Instead of holding expectations about what you are to experience, open up to receive all that you are offered while intending to release anything that holds you back now. Intend for freedom to be yours. Gifts are ready to be bestowed upon you.
Let insights flow freely as you tap into divine guidance. Spend some time in nature on Sunday if you can and when you do send love to the earth and all of her kingdoms for the grand support she offers to all of us each and every day. You'll feel the magnificent circle of life when you offer gratitude and will be blessed as well.
There are no greater times than now to blossom and grow. Freedom is ours through opportunities such as this new moon/eclipse. Each step towards freedom is so valued by you on all levels of existence. The puzzle pieces of life come together with each step as your heart says "finally, finally it is so."
Carry light brightly wherever you go. Intend to be helpful to self and others. Let life be easy through your choices. Honor yourself. Love your self and let that love guide you each step of the way.
The Way is love, always has been, always will be. When we join together in collective intention to be free from the tyranny of our own minds, we bring forward the understanding that we are all one. Healing is had through the release of the notion of separation. We will be one step closer to full realization of truth through our intention to release the mind conditioning that tells us otherwise.

There is so much going on right now that it is hard to pin down any details to describe the circumstances that we find ourselves within. Never the less, I will try to do so for this post.
We have planetary alignments coming up that are designed to support our growth and development. We are also having light frequencies coming forth from within to meet this growth and cause an expansion through understanding and illumination. A clash can sometimes occur with these two events happening at the same time but even if we end up feeling the chaos of the times, we can always choose again, and feel peace. Of course we created the alignments at this perfect time of light exposure as much is needed right now to ensure proper growth.
The planetary alignment I am referring to is the Grand Cross that is going to happen on Saturday, June 26. We also have a full moon with a partial lunar eclipse happening on Saturday. Throw in the solar activity, which includes flares and coronal mass ejections traveling on the solar wind stream and you have a potent formula for some familiar happenings. By familiar I mean ascension symptoms. The good news is that the farther along the ascension path you travel the easier these expansions become.
There will come a time when peace prevails. There will come a time when the understanding of creation is such that peace is naturally the only choice made. There will come a time when we have the greater understanding of our true nature and will live within that perception at all times. This is truly possible even while holding form in the physical world. There are those among us that already hold this perception and project their reality from this expanded awareness. You know who they are. You enjoy being in their presence and feel peace during your time together. This is the natural way of living and reverses the insanity of what we have experienced for so long on earth.
Now is the time to move closer to this potential reality called the new earth. We have everything we need to make progress in this direction. The heavens support our every move. We need only choose carefully, knowing that each choice made now determines the next moment.
Enjoy the upcoming events with an open heart and an intention to love the self. Let that self love overflow into the collective supporting healing on all levels. Each dimension of self craves only love. Give it to yourself and then give it away to others as your cup overflows. You are the light of the world. Never forget that and your path will be illuminated.

It has been awhile since I have posted anything. Time is flying by this month with especially strong light frequencies blanketing the planet. The sun has been super active as well, providing us with the light that we need to move forward in our development. I was told many times in meditation about June being an outstanding month for expansion and it is proving to be true with the light frequencies showing us the way. Anything that is ready to go is being moved forward, then up and out. Anything that is no longer for our highest good to hold on to is coming into our awareness for recognition and release. It is all being orchestrated by our higher selves to help us in these pivotal times.
What I have seen and intuited lately through meditation is that June is just the beginning or the doorway to what is to come in July and August. July, in particular holds a vast expanse of opportunity to delve further into the light of home. How wonderful to be supported in this way. We are coming together with our divine selves in such magical ways now. Sometimes we don't perceive what is going on multidimensionally but it is happening none the less.
I was recently shown a vision holding the shape of a funnel. The month of June was shown to be at the skinny end of the funnel with July, August, and each next month creating the wider part of the funnel. I found this vision interesting in that it is one that I have seen before when I was shown how spirit manifests into form. I was being shown that we are definitely getting a greater understanding of the mechanics of ascension while traveling through the experience. There is some value in understanding the mechanics or they would not be offered.
The funnel is an apt metaphor for moving from the vast All That Is into the finite biology of form. The metaphor describes well this time period of the year 2010 where we are transitioning further into our crystalline light vehicles. We will learn how to traverse the dimensions in and out of form if we want to. We will also achieve a much greater understanding of oneness if we choose to as we will not be able to effectively travel without this understanding. It all works together with appropriate development happening in each month. And of course each individual is on a perfectly timed path synchronized for the greatest outcome of the whole as well as the individual.
Trust in the process is essential as always for a comfortable journey. When the old stuff rises to the surface, just witness it, forgive it, release it and be grateful to be free. Each chunk that is removed helps you move through life just a little easier and definitely with less density. Each act of forgiveness holds such beauty within it that life becomes much more joyful with the practice.
I have been practicing holding others in the light for some time now. Anytime I become upset with another for whatever reason, I simply witness that person with their spinning wand of light moving through the physical body. I see that person radiating light out in all directions and I know I am seeing truth. When I witness another as the light that they are I am also witnessing my own light. I forgive myself for perceiving whatever has caused me to be upset with this person and I remind myself that we are all playing roles in life, providing learning for each other, and in truth we are all one. This practice heals me. Immediately all anger and/or hurt is released and I am free. I do not find myself upset very often but when I do this practice resolves the upsetting emotions. You might give it a try and see for yourself how healing it is to see the light in others.
Another practice I use in troubling times is to simply move into a neutral position with my thoughts. I find that a visualization sometimes helps. I see myself sitting squarely on the center of an even-sided cross in a ring. The even-sided cross is a powerful symbol of balance and also holds a gateway within it, especially when seen within a ring. It is a metaphor and also a portal. So when I find that my ego has been triggered by someone or something, I make a conscious choice to move to the witnessing or neutral position and envision myself sitting on the cross. Sometimes I actually pull the cross within the ring through my physical body. I start at my head and pull it right through my body. This is an act of purification that can be quite effective to move density through.
The point is that there are many ways to assist yourself in these times. I've share a few of the things that I use that I have found to be immediately effective. Seeing the light of truth in others coupled with intentions for forgiveness is one powerful practice. Use whatever appeals to you knowing that whatever practice has come to you is the one that will work best. This is your spirit at work, helping you along the way.
June will continue to unfold with amazing potentials for growth. In fact, today is a great day to practice forgiveness as there is great support available to move density up and out. We still have the Summer Solstice coming up and also there is a partial eclipse during the full moon on June 26. Eclipses are usually about change so use the energy available that day to tune in and ask what spirit wants you to know. There is potential for great healing messages to come through if you are willing to listen. Many of you may also receive answers to questions that you have been pondering for some time. It is a wonderful opportunity for spirit to speak to us in a way that we can understand immediately.
Enjoy these wonderful days, remember to see others as the light that they are, send your light to the planet in recognition of our partnership and the service to humanity that is offered by her. Send love to those who are suffering without the need to know their names. Your love sent in this way reverberates out and enhances the entire planet as well as all of the cosmos and helps us move forward more than anything else. Gratitude will fill your heart with this practice and you will know deep inside that you are dearly dearly loved.

June has been singled out as having tremendous opportunity for expansion but it is also important to view June as a doorway into the rest of the year. The emphasis in May on cleansing and releasing in preparation for June was necessary to bring enlightenment to the mind but over emphasis on one particular month was not intended.
Each month, week, day, and moment holds beauty and light within it. Our only job is to remove anything that blocks us from realizing that light. Thus we are constantly changing and growing as we release old ways while welcoming in the new. The new ways hold more light as the releasing process has peeled back layers of density that are no longer desirable or necessary. The new ways create the new earth as what we are (light) becomes what we live. What we are, shows us the way.
The Holy Spirit and Higher Self are one in the same; different words for our guiding light, the spark of the divine that leads us ever deeper into knowing ourselves as love. We have many opportunities unfolding through our guidance to assist on the journey.
I have pointed out the month of June as holding points within it where we may experience greater expansion into love so that peace can be known from within and then projected outward to create the new earth. The journey can be described in so many ways but what it all boils down to is this: love as the way of living in peace on earth.
The process of realizing truth can be simple or complicated, challenging or easy. Many factors determine our experiences. The path each of us has chosen is unique but if you strip away the individualized perceptions you will see that all paths are the same simply being perceived as many fragments of a whole.
The light shines so bright now that love can truly be realized in its full essence by many. The more who realize true love the better, as suffering is reduced and entrainment to the higher vibrational reality is enhanced.
We each have only one responsibility: to know truth. Each of us has chosen how to uphold and fulfill that responsibility. Each and every path can be honored as contributing to the whole. The spectrum remains multi-layered and quite beautiful to witness. Remember though that white holds all colors within it; one whole with many different perceptions projecting out to create the rainbow we call life.
So yes June is here and there are specific days that can be looked upon as holding great opportunity. You'll know when these days arrive because you'll feel their significance from within. Perhaps a prayer of thanks could be offered when these days arrive. You could thank the self for bringing forward the opportunity to clear your vision once again, to see clearly and to know truth.
Enjoy June. I will be posting information about the opportunities for light absorption and light sharing when they arise and as I am guided to do so. But remember that though June will be powerful, it is merely a doorway into greater and greater recognition of truth. With that greater realization comes tremendous change due to shifting perceptions. The old goes away. The new arrives and begins to bloom and grow. Now is the time for this growth to accelerate. We are ready and so it will be.

As May winds down all of us need to be aware of the subtle energies and what they are trying to convey. Many of us have worked through the clunky issues only to reveal the seemingly less important and thus less volatile issues. These more subtle issues are just as important to examine and release as the big issues that have already been released. And now is the time to do so.
There are frequencies helping us to examine these subtle issues. We have not been ready or prepared to do this level of introspection until now. There is no better time to look deep within in order to examine what is holding us back from living our dreams. What can be stopping us from manifesting all that we desire? There is a secret ready to be revealed in each one of us if only we take the time to look, listen and feel. What is that secret? Our true heart's desire, which holds the codes for why we came to earth this time around.
Listen to the calling of your heart. Get very quiet and simply ask Spirit to reveal your heart's desire. Record the answer in any way you wish, or simply intend to remember it. Remember the answer so that when opportunity comes calling as a result of your listening you will recognize the connection and act. The opportunity will arrive for everyone but the timing is such that a good listening to the heart may just hasten its arrival.
The heart's desire is what this time is all about. Without listening, how will you know what you truly want and why you came here now? We all planned to be here at this pivotal time on Earth. Each of us had a plan and it has to do with fulfilling agreements made long ago. We want to be finished with those agreements and so here we are but some agreements are still unnoticed and unrecognized. Your Spirit knows of these agreements. The opportunity arrives soon for that information to filter into your awareness, which will in turn draw to you all that is necessary to complete the agreements and in doing so satisfy your heart! It is all connected.
So what is to come in June? An opportunity to let go of the subtle beliefs that might stand in the way of recognizing the heart's desire.
There is both opportunity for further release in June and also opportunity for wisdom retrieval. Of course they are two sides of the same coin because in order to retrieve your wisdom, you must move any blockages to that wisdom. This can be done through intention and contemplation, or meditation. Toning is a great way to clear your channel before starting this meditation.
Take advantage of the frequencies as they arrive. Let go of any obstacles to your heart's desire being made manifest. Love the self for all that you are and all that you agreed to. When it comes right down to it, every heart simply wants to love and be loved but each heart has its own idea of how to express that love in this world. Listen to your heart and be willing to let go of any limitations or barriers to truth. You'll be happy that you did!

The sun continues to illuminate with blasts of solar flares and solar winds causing geomagnetic storms and some great Northern Lights for those able to seem them. Each event from our sun triggers a remembrance of our own light, our soul mission, and thus our purpose in this now time.
June heralds an opening; an opportunity for expansion that will allow humanity, or those who are ready, to experience episodes of profound peace. This is wonderful news because in order to create peace on earth, humanity must first experience it within. The projected reality is a mirror of the internal knowing and so June arrives just in time to bring forward a slice of this knowing to be shared with all through the collective.
If you are feeling unstable know that the light frequencies are affecting our biology further, causing a deeper transformation into the crystalline self. The cleansing and purging of old beliefs, attitudes, and notions must occur so that crystalline clarity, or remembrance of home, can occur.
New Humans feel the surges as much as current humans but are much better prepared to receive their own light as their DNA is more fully illuminated and thus they reside within an evolved human form. Many light bearers who came into life not as New Humans, have now entrained to the higher vibration of the New Human, and so now hold the more illuminated DNA.
What does this mean? Wisdom, long buried in the old template (which holds encrusted belief systems within it), is now available. Multidimensional aspects of self which have been denied within the awareness are now being welcomed. These aspects are present and ready to participate in this reality through conscious choice. It is a wonderful time and a great unfolding.
The month of May continues to prepare our vessels for the opening or expansion opportunity coming in the month of June. Until then, simply acknowledge any stress in your life through observation. Take the position of a witness as much as possible so that your Higher Self can communicate clearly the lessons or learning available through your life circumstances. Trust in the unfolding, and cultivate gratitude for events that lead further into the crystalline light.
Awareness of truth is like the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Light frequencies of every color and sound lead the way to the gold. Listen, revere, experience, and love; these are the actions and qualities that lead one to truth.
Revere the light, knowing that revelation is at hand when you do so. Maintain balance so peace can be shared with all. Clear your light channel through practices such as toning, meditation and more. Make cultivating peace your first priority. The times call for balance so that opportunities for further awakening can be recognized and utilized. The opportunity for great expansion is coming soon. We want to be ready!

There is much going on right now but what I wish to convey is that June holds quite an opportunity for advancement within it. All of May will be utilized in preparation for what could occur in June. This is all good and is what we have been waiting for. Manifestation potentials are huge in June and yet what will be required in order to manifest what is available is balance.
Do whatever is necessary to maintain balance now. Maintaining balance will ensure that the opportunity for expansion in June arrives on schedule. Otherwise we will have to be patient while waiting for the next opportunity to arrive. But why wait when maintaining balance is an option that will bring to fruition something we have worked for.
As the light grows brighter within our awareness we see more of what we want to manifest in the external world. We experience more of the peace that we know is possible but not always experienced, and we visit more of our interdimensional selves to retrieve greater wisdom than ever before. All of these activities are necessary now to advance humanity forward to a place of existing in greater peace on earth. And each of us has a responsibility to do whatever we can to assist with generating peace within so that it can be projected outward. It is in this way that the new earth becomes a living reality to reside within.
Generating peace within is so simple when balance is maintained. Expansion will not be limited to the month of June (of course) but June can be seen as yet another doorway to greater expansion than we have ever experienced, at least in this lifetime. We want to take advantage of all that Spirit offers so that suffering for humanity as a whole, and for each one of us as individuals, is minimized and eventually eliminated all together.
So think of June as a great big gift waiting to be received and all that is necessary to open that gift is to participate in activities that help you to maintain your balance and thus generate peace within. There are so many ways to balance your energy and each one brings enjoyment so why not? Now we have one more great reason to stay centered in balance: the potential for expansion brought in the month of June.
The expansion doorway is wide open but in order to walk through we will first experience the month of May, and then venture forward into June with a whole new light within our awareness. This new light will then propel us forward into a greater awareness of truth, and that is what we all want because it leads to freedom.

I don't know where time is going but I do know that it is going by fast! I have been busy immersed in symbols preparing for my next class on May 1 at the Global Alliance Center. It occurred to me today that our entire world is made up of symbols. Everything that we see is just energy assembled into seemingly solid form. All of these forms are our creations and can be understood as symbols of our creativity, made for our learning. What a concept!
I have collected data on symbols as they have been used historically as well as have channeled information on why symbols are important and how they can be used to further our growth and development. I will also be providing information on how symbols can be incorporated into practices designed to further activate the Pineal causing DNA expansion.
There is so much wisdom to be mined now from the multiple dimensions. This wisdom has always been available but not always accessible. These are truly remarkable times in that the doors are open now. It takes intention, willingness, and balance to go through the doors to get what is needed to enhance the journey. I am, as always, grateful to be on earth at this time.
The next few months are critical in the sense that we have opportunities for expansion available now that have not been available for a very long time. What we do with those opportunities will determine the direction humanity takes as we move through this accelerated phase of our development. I am holding the light in my awareness as much as possible through balancing activities. This is the best thing we can do right now because we have to be in balance in order to take advantage of the current opportunities.
In other words, balance assures receptivity to opportunity. Balance means you are holding the center positioning within the spectrum while participating in duality. The world is polarized and yet in order to see clearly and collect wisdom through experience we must approach those opportunities from a place of balance. This can be easy to do on some days and challenging on others.
Take advantage of whatever is offered in your area to help you maintain your balance and open yourself to what is waiting for you. Follow the calling of the higher self. Listen closely to hear where you should go and what you should do, if anything. Make time for stillness so you can hear your guidance clearly. And above all practice congruence in every moment. The doors are open and waiting for you to enter but you need to enter with respect for the sacred place that is now available.
Life on earth could change in an instant if everyone were to practice congruence. Enjoy these beautiful times. See the open doors, believe in the power of manifestation, choose carefully, and love with all your heart!

Wow, April has really taken off. What started out as a rather mellow beginning has now ramped up to great volumes of light frequencies entering the earth through us. Yes we are the source point for these light frequencies. How could it be any other way since the earth is our creation made from a projection of light into form? We created everything we see, feel , hear and know and yet there is the illusion to contend with. What do I mean by this? The whole world is an illusion made from a projection of light. This does not mean that we should not honor, value, and take care of our world, but it does mean that we benefit from remembering that it is our creation and thus not real. Truth is the only true reality and it holds only love.
Everything in our world is made from this truth and yet our perceptions tell us otherwise all the time (time being yet another one of our creations). Our purpose as humans on earth at this time is simply to remember the truth of love being all that is real, and then share that truth with others through simply being it.
Being truth is simple and yet the challenge we experience is due to our ego and its view of the world through a polarized filter. The only real truth is love and it holds no polarity. So how do we disentangle our awareness from the untruth so we can embrace the truth?
There are several ways and thus several tools that can help us stay centered in truth while inhabiting the polarized world. We use these tools daily, weekly and sometimes only monthly but still each time we use any one of our practices to remind us of truth, we enhance our awareness and ensure greater beingness in the center. The center of truth holds no magnetism, no polarity, and really no form. It is limitless and lightness defined. Yet we can hold form while maintaining our awareness in the center. Thus the paradox of life.
Symbolism is the focus on my newest offering through the Global Alliance Community Outreach program. I have found that using symbols to trigger a greater awareness of truth is quite effective. Why? Symbols bypass some of the cognitive functions that words require. In other words symbols are closer to the understanding of truth within the awareness than words. Words do hold light that can easily be shared with others but symbols are more readily utilized by the awareness to seek out the truth of our being and bring it forward for assimilation.
I have been working with a personal symbol while walking through the ascension process. The symbol came to me through meditation and has evolved over time, amazing me with its potency and wisdom. I will be facilitating a guided meditation during the Symbols as a Gateway to Truth class that I am offering on May 1 at the Global Alliance Center. This meditation will be designed to provide participants with the opportunity to bring forward from their consciousness a symbol perfectly designed for their own growth and development. We will also talk about symbols, how they can alter and shape your outlook, and how to use them in tandem with toning, meditation, art etc. for your well-being and journey to truth. I will be providing some historical understanding of how symbols have been used throughout the ages to assist humanity.
The Symbols as a Gateway to Truth class is free of charge and no registration is required. As always, the information for the class has been channeled but the group energy of the class will determine the direction we move once the class begins. Symbols also represent a good barometer of where we are going as a collective right now. I have seen the direction that is a potential and I believe we will take advantage of this potential in the next days and months. We have an ascended template available and ready for inhabiting. It is our choice as to the direction we move in the coming days. The template awaits us.
For now we can ride the waves of light in freedom and without suffering if we choose to do so. Acceptance of any suffering is always the answer to relieving oneself of that suffering. Judgement of the self will only increase suffering. It is my intention that the light moves through with ease as I hold gratitude for the tremendous gifts held in the light. We are generating exactly what we need for this now moment, and what we need is simply a reminder of truth so that we don't lose our focus amidst the earth changes that are simply a reflection of the restructuring needed. Our light bodies are becoming more illuminated!
We change from within and then project those changes outward, causing a new reality to be made available to our awareness. Once that new reality takes hold within our awareness, we will begin experiencing it externally. This change has already happened and now we get to see what unfolds. The dance between internal dynamics and external reality will continue until we inhabit the new ascended template in completion. When we do we will understand so much more about our creation!
Hold on as the ride gets wilder in the days to come. Remember this is ALL GOOD. Don't let fear ruin what can be a great ride for all.

What a wonderful welcome to Spring we had through the Equinox doorway. It appears that humanity is ready for a giant leap forward and so it shall be! What will that leap bring? More of the same upheaval that is prevalent today. The upheaval in all areas is working its magic to cleanse and cause release of anything that is not of the highest light. Does this sound familiar? It should since we have all been going through this same process for awhile now. Anything that is not of the light, which is only a perception of course since everything is light, is being examined and released right now.
Of course the choice can always be made to hold on to false perceptions, which will slow down the ascension process since a choice to hold to these perceptions of darkness feeds the ego. Fear is the main fuel for the ego. There is plenty of fear to feast on but remember you always have a choice. Anytime fear is present simply choose to trust and let the fear go. It will retreat if you make this choice. It can be that simple, although I know that challenges feel strong especially in complex scenarios.
Just know that you always have a choice. In that choice lies the power to live joyfully. Examine what is present in your life that causes suffering and choose again until joy returns. Spring brings the opportunity for so much joy. Just look around and see the beauty that is present. Let your heart open to nature and feel the surge of joy that accompanies appreciation of beauty.
In the other half of the world a different shift in nature is occurring, and it can be equally as beautiful. So no matter where you are, there is the opportunity to fall into joy through appreciation of the beauty that is all around. The simplest flower can bring the most profound appreciation if you can see the light held within it.
The ascension process brings this understanding forward in a tangible way. The more light you hold, the greater your appreciation of everyone and everything because you recognize source within them. This is just one benefit of the ascension process but it is a big one. Can you imagine how much more joyful your life would be with the recognition of the light of source in all matter?
With that said, why not set an intention during this month to really see with your outer and inner eyes the light of source in all. It is a simple intention but will bring great rewards as you witness your light in everything that you have created. The world is your creation. You made it and so you get to choose how to perceive it. When you intend to witness only light and thus beauty, you create a world worth living in. When you intend to see the light in everyone and everything you pave the way in gold. And when you intend to witness truth in this way, you are rewarded with the understanding of life ever-lasting.
So intend to get to the heart of matter. There you will find gold! Golden light and golden love for everyone. There is no shortage now or ever. There is more than enough for everyone because light is constant and never-ending. Love is the way, now as always.

What a wonderful time on Earth! Here on the Central Coast of California it is absolutely beautiful. We have
had an abundance of rain this year, which is a tremendous blessing. Wildflowers are beginning to pop up, the hills are an incredible shade of green, and the trees are bursting with white and pink blossoms.
Today, while driving home from my office in Santa Margarita, there were several eagles riding the air currents. I thought this was a significant sighting for these times. We have both golden and bald eagles nesting in Santa Margarita right now. I always feel so blessed to see these magnificent birds.
The Equinox arrives this Saturday, March 20 but you can begin to feel the effects of it much sooner. I have been feeling the light frequencies ramp up for several days now, which tells me that we are ready for more expansion. This is truly a gift from Spirit but we must rise to the occasion as humans in form to assist with the assimilation of the light frequencies.
So what can we do to help ourselves? All of the usual things are helpful: time in nature to enjoy beauty, participating in creative or just plain fun activities to bring in appreciation of all that we have created, time with friends or family sharing in the light, meditation, toning, stillness and the list goes on and on. There are so many ways to bring balance to our physical and energy bodies.
Global Alliance is having a free clinic on Saturday in San Luis Obispo. Receiving an energy balancing in a room full of healers during the Equinox is a treat for sure. An energy balancing will help you assimilate the frequencies with ease and comfort. The energy of the combined intentions of all healers present is wonderful to experience and can be quite transformative. So come and enjoy a balancing if you can, and join in the celebration of the Equinox.
The Equinox is a time of balancing energies so it is appropriate to have our clinic on that day. This year there is the added component of the acceleration of the ascension process. We have really picked up speed in the last year or so on the ascension timeline. This acceleration is all good but can be challenging at times, as that which denies the light within us comes forward for recognition and resolution. If we can remember to stay in the center position while experiencing the frequencies, we will ride the waves with greater comfort.
So what does this Equinox hold for us all? I am not being given much information regarding this question. I know that whatever direction humanity has chosen is for the highest good. A choice was recently made regarding our direction, and yet information about that choice is not being revealed. We will know soon enough as Saturday is only a few days away. In the meantime, I trust as always that whatever we have chosen is right for us in this now moment and every unfolding now moment.

I am starting this blog post with a quote from Eckhart that I received through email today. I signed up for Eckhart's daily present moment reminders because I resonate so much with his teachings. This quote in particular was timely with all of the suffering in the world right now.
The theme this month, and really every month, is love. The monthly message from Spirit was all about this theme. Can you feel the message in the quote above as an opportunity to shift perception through embracing love?
My interpretation of this quote is that each and every experience holds only light within it because we are the creators of experiences and we are only light. We express our light through form or energy projections so that we can live a life on earth. Each particle of form holds only light. The perception of this light is held out as an opportunity in every one of our experiences. This opportunity is a built-in avenue that leads us out of suffering. Our experience seems paradoxical only because we live in a polarized world where a conditioned mind views all experiences as good or bad and yet everything is still always only light.
The paradox exists because our perception is not whole or healed. When our perception matches the truth of everything being only light, we could say then that we are healed. But we were never broken, we were mis-perceiving the truth of our existence.
The powerful light frequencies that we have been feeling are bringing us the opportunity to really grasp the concept that we are already healed and thus whole but have simply not realized it. Eckhart's words bring great comfort because we understand that our suffering holds within it an opportunity to shift our perception by choosing to see the big picture and then understand the gift held in that viewpoint.
One day we will no longer suffer. Eckhart knows suffering is unnecessary but he also realizes the hidden opportunity in that suffering, which is to shift our perception by recognizing the truth held in the light.
Eckhart has released his own suffering to a great degree and lives a peaceful life. He has realized truth and thus recognizes the light held in every wave and particle of energy. Having this realization causes him to experience great joy as his eyes see so much beauty.
It can be hard to believe that it is possible to see only light in everything and everyone but it is possible, and we are headed in that direction. Each experience we create has this as its purpose: to recognize the light within. Once we do recognize the light within, we are free, suffering ends, and peace prevails.

There is so much to tell now. The light has come in through the illusionary veil in a way that is tangible and is affecting all aspects of our being. We are being prepped for a large infusion that comes quickly to propel us forward once again. As always the waves grow in intensity as we make progress along the spiral of life. We planned it this way long ago to assist us now. Since there is no time, it really is not accurate to say that we planned this long ago, however using time as a frame of reference can be helpful for greater understanding.
With that said, we have now entered quite a pivotal time in our evolutionary time line. It is pivotal because in every moment we are being prepared for a future time in which we will be living quite differently from how we now live. The life to come is so different that we have no real frame of reference in our current awareness for it, which leads to my next point. Since a frame of reference is usually necessary in order to manifest the new, we are being prepared for inhabiting the new through a multidimensional leap in awareness. This is very difficult to convey with words. The best I can do is to say that our multidimensional selves are participating more than ever now so that we can create a framework. And then from that framework we project the new life into form.
I hope this isn't confusing! I can hardly grasp what is being shown because there is only a glimpse available. With that said, I can say that we are, as always, being given exactly what we need to progress to the new place. Remembering that we always have everything we need is helpful as we go through changes on all levels of existence. Remember to trust and allow it to unfold with as much grace as possible. If you find yourself resisting, allow that too, and then let it go. There is simply no easier way to make our way through the one reality and into a new reality.
As far as our DNA goes, this massive light infusion is propelling us to expand even further than we have before. The expansion serves a dual purpose of propelling us forward while bringing in the wisdom necessary to create the new reality. We have already created much but as always, we have more to do. This new doing could be better labeled "being" as that is what the new reality that we are creating teaches us. We are moving into a more graceful period of existing within "being" and thus realizing when we fall out of balance.
It is quite a gift when we create a reality that reflects our greater understanding of truth and then get to inhabit that reality. Unity is always the result when our perception moves closer to truth. What is being exhibited by many right now is the collapsing further of the ego's hold on the psyche. As the ego is deflated, it rises up in rebellion, trying to hold on tight to its power. The best way to handle the ego's outbursts is through witnessing them with neutrality. Insecurities and fear may be experienced during the outbursts but think of these emotions as coming up simply to be released and transformed, freeing you from further suffering.
I have noticed that the men of the world seem to be having a harder time right now than the women. This may be just my perception but many have made comments to me about this. Surround your men with love and light and hold compassion in your heart for their journeys. And for the men, take good care of yourself in whatever way brings you peace. Love yourself through the changes and know that the highest good is always served through every experience.
We have quite a wild ride ahead. We can accept this knowing with the attitude of having fun through the turbulence and so not resisting it or we can resist and suffer more. The choice is always ours. I would rather have fun than suffer so I'll intend for that outcome and participate as fully as possible in manifesting it. You can do the same, knowing that your intentions always manifest when they are in alignment with your Higher Self. When they don't manifest, there is usually more to learn from the scenario you are wishing to change. The light infusions always lead to a better way of living.
Trust, trust, trust and allow your life to unfold with the light at your back fueling your experiences. Allow the awakening and understanding to move through. Let the light show you again and again the truth you are seeking. Be at peace through this process as much as possible and seek help if you need it. Sometimes just talking to a friend is all that is needed to get the energy moving. There are so many ways to bring balance into our lives.
Speaking of balance, the Global Alliance is having a free clinic in San Luis Obispo on Saturday, February 20. Energy balancing sessions are free of charge. So if you live in the area and want to get a balancing, please take advantage of the clinic. There will be many healers there waiting to assist you. It has been awhile since I have posted. I have been very busy with many wonderful activities, one of which is coordinating a fundraising event for Global Alliance. We are bringing Lee Carroll and Kryon to the Santa Margarita Community Hall on Saturday, February 27 for an all day lecture and channeling of Kryon at the end of the day. The seminar runs from 12:00 noon until 5:30 with the channeling at the end of the day. We will have snacks available and wonderful live music. Aurora will be playing the harp for us during registration; the doors open at 11:00am, and then Gary Melvin will be playing guitar during the breaks. We also have Deb delisi joining us with her multidimensional art display. She will be selling her art and donating a portion of the sales to Global Alliance.

I have also been busy assimilating the many wonderful gifts received through the powerful infusions of light in January.
As February dawned I felt a distinct shift. No words can really describe the feeling of this shift and yet the desire is there to do so with intention that this light sharing is helpful.
A powerful burst of light ended January and began February. This light held symbols and codings for me and all of humanity. There is more work to do in preparation for the shifts to come and yet we are all to be congratulated and encouraged for the work already done.
The new work (or play if you don't like the word work) to come centers on greater expansion of our DNA (and thus more shifting of perception) through Pineal activation. We have been doing this all along but as time goes on we get more intense in our application of light in order to propel us forward with greater speed. That time is upon us now.
With that said, I have agreed to facilitate a free workshop through the Global Alliance, entitled "DNA Expansion through Pineal Activation." This workshop will be held on March 15 at the Global Alliance Center in Santa Margarita (directions) from 6:30 to 8:00pm. The workshop will be entirely guided by Spirit as always. I believe we will be meditating together to reveal more of the symbols and light codes now necessary and also having discussion to enhance and deepen our understanding of our purpose on earth. But as I said, the workshop will be channeled and thus whatever is for the highest good for those present will be presented on that evening.
There are many ways to activate the Pineal. We will be coming together to share our light and thus entrain our DNA to the higher frequency template available on earth. This sharing will hold all that we need. How we drape words around that sharing helps us to anchor in the frequencies and thus assimilate energy more easily.
The idea here is light begets light. Sharing light leads to expansion of our perception, which is generated through expanded DNA. The multidimensional realities contribute to our journey through this expansion. It is really quite simple when we remember that we are all here to know love as truth and share that love with one another.
If you feel called to join the workshop, then you can just show up. No registration is required. We are sure to enjoy ourselves as well as learn what Spirit deems most pivotal and transformative at this time.

Happy New Year to all! Wow and what a year it has been thus far. I cannot believe the energies of late. There have been many shifts, one after another and boy are they stirring things up. All for the good of course and yet it can be quite challenging if this perspective isn't embraced.
The New Year is all about change. On every level there is opportunity for change. How we embrace that change is up to us. We can resist and fight the changes that are happening or relax and embrace those same changes. There is really only one choice on the soul level. Change is always for the better and so it is always embraced, encouraged and provided as an opportunity for further growth and development through learning. But I understand how change can create fear and loathing because of the uncertainty attached to the potentials.
Here is an exercise to help you move through change more gracefully. Imagine yourself surrounded by loving entities; you get to choose who those entities might be. Perhaps you will imagine angels or what is frequently termed ascended masters, or perhaps you will imagine loved ones that are currently in your life--those who assist you on a regular basis. Or perhaps you will imagine guides of the animal or mineral kingdom. It really doesn't matter except that it is helpful to imagine those that are supportive of you.
As you imagine those who are helpful surrounding you, see your self looking into a pond of the clearest, sparkling water. It is a beautiful day, the sun is shining, the pond is ringed with big rocks and surrounding you is also a forest of majestic trees. As the wind gently moves through the trees you hear them whisper sweet things to you. They tell you that you are loved. They tell you that you are doing well in life and they whisper about the mysteries that have thus far eluded you. As you witness the trees and hear their whispers your guides or helpers move in closer taking your hands within theirs. Here is where you share your fears or resistance to change. Let them know what it is that you are afraid of. Explain your situation and tell them that you would like to move through the changes with ease and grace. Ask for guidance or if there is anything that can come through now to assist you in your life process. Be silent and listen for answers but also watch for visions.
The information you receive will be just for you. It may come through visually, or through words that you hear or in any other way. You may simply feel the answer or information that you seek. Your helpers will deliver whatever you need at that time in whatever way is the best for you.
Now as you listen, watch or feel something else. The sun's rays are shining down onto the pond's water creating a symbol. As you peer into the water, you clearly see something forming. Wait for it to form. Watch as it forms and finally notice when it is done and intend that you hold this symbol within your mind's eye for the New Year. This is the symbol of what is to come, how you are to grow and develop and what it means for you personally to be living in this now time of 2010. The symbol need not be understood from a cognitive perspective. All that you need you will be given whether you understand what it means or not. In other words there will be a vibration to the symbol that is designed to help you on your journey in the New Year. The symbol is designed to assist you to move through this year of change with greater ease but also to allow you to make the most of any opportunity to come your way.
Worry not if you forget your symbol. If you intend, when the symbol comes through, for it to be with you, then it will whether you remember or not.
This then is the message that I wanted to convey to you today. I have not had time to post a blog in several weeks due to the shifting energies keeping me very busy! I am blessed to have the life that I do and I am going to do my best to ride the waves of change with grace. I am so happy to be here in this time with all of you. We chose well when we decided to be together for this lifetime. What an incredible opportunity we have to grow and change into what we have always desired--truth in physical form.
Enjoy the waves (as always we are manifesting externally what we are experiencing internally and so there are great waves, earth shifts, and other changes happening worldwide). We can all send light to those areas of the world that are suffering great difficulties. In this way we exemplify the way we want to live by sharing our abundance with others when they need it. And we know that if we need help, it will always arrive. Give gratefully from a heart that has the necessities of life already taken care of and if you are in a place where those necessities are running scarce know that those who have will give and help support those who do not have what they need. This is the way of the New Earth and we are here to live in this way as much as we possibly can.
Life begets life. Love brings more love, and giving makes life so much sweeter.
