Interesting times! The sun emitted a rather large solar flare a few days ago and the earth is in the midst of its output right now. Are you feeling it? Remember the frequencies within the solar flares are good as they are spurring us onward into the expansion of our evolution, though you will not hear this from mainstream media. There is nothing wrong with the information media is providing about space weather and specifically solar flares and CMEs (coronal mass ejections, basically plasma from the sun being hurled out into space and towards planets, such as earth). It's just that there is always more to the story than what media portrays.
In this case the rest of the story has to do with humanity's evolution through ascension. We will be inhabiting a new dimension in order for the Age of Light to be experienced. Expanding into this new dimension is being facilitated by light frequencies from the Great Central Sun. The solar sun is the portal through which these light frequencies are conveyed and thus shared with us. Because we are residing in physical bodies made of energy we feel the effects of the frequencies in all of our energetic bodies, which means physical, emotional and mental. How you experience the frequencies is dependant on many factors.
What you think about any subject affects your experience of that subject. So whatever you are thinking about the solar flare and CME that we are involved in will affect your experience of it. I am providing you with metaphysical information so that you can reframe your thoughts and thus have a more enjoyable experience. We will be having more of these flares as they are serving an important purpose. Think of them as your friends!
An additional insight is this: revelation is much more likely when the flares are happening. In other words, there is an illumination happening at the DNA level, which allows greater exposure to your internal wisdom. Take time to tap in and see what is revealed. You might be surprised by what you are able to draw forward into your awareness. At the very least some time of stillness will help you to maintain your balance during the waves of intensity.
It is a good time to use tools that will help you to feel good. Meditate, tone, spend time in nature or by water, drink lots of good water, eat what makes you feel good, love and love some more. Share your abundance with others and feel appreciation for the incredible times that we are in. If you feel less than stellar at this time then nurture yourself by resting and/or using some form of enjoyable and healthy distraction (watch a movie! read a book! there are so many choices). Take good care of yourself but above all remember that these frequencies are helping us!

Huge Solar Eruption Sparks Strongest Radiation Storm in 7 Years

A powerful solar eruption is expected to blast a stream of charged particles toward Earth tomorrow (Jan. 24), as the strongest radiation storm since 2005 rages on the sun.
Early this morning (0359 GMT Jan. 23, which corresponds to late Sunday, Jan. 22 at 10:59 p.m. EST), NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory caught an extreme ultraviolet flash from a huge eruption on the sun , according to the skywatching website Spaceweather.com.
The solar flare spewed from sunspot 1402, a region of the sun that has become increasingly active lately. Several NASA satellites, including the Solar Dynamics Observatory, the Solar Heliospheric Observatory (SOHO), and the Stereo spacecraft observed the massive sun storm.
A barrage of charged particles triggered by this morning's solar flare is expected to hit Earth tomorrow at around 9 a.m. EST (1400 GMT), according to experts at the Space Weather Prediction Center, a division of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. According to NOAA, this is the strongest solar radiation storm since May 2005, and as a precaution, polar flights on Earth are expected to be re-routed within the next few hours, Kathy Sullivan, deputy administrator of NOAA, said today at the 92nd annual American Meteorological Society meeting in New Orleans, La.
Scientists call these electromagnetic bursts "coronal mass ejections" (CMEs), and they are closely studied because they can produce potentially harmful geomagnetic storms when the charged particles rain down Earth's magnetic field lines.
In addition to generating stronger than normal displays of Earth's auroras (also known as the northern and southern lights), geomagnetic storms aimed directly at our planet can also disrupt satellites in orbit, cause widespread communications interference and damage other electronic infrastructures.
"There is little doubt that the cloud is heading in the general direction of Earth," Spaceweather.com announced in an alert. "A preliminary inspection of SOHO/STEREO imagery suggests that the CME will deliver a strong glancing blow to Earth's magnetic field on Jan. 24-25 as it sails mostly north of our planet."
Sunday's solar flare was rated an M9-class eruption, which placed it just on the verge of being an X-class flare, the most powerful type of solar storm. M-class sun storms are powerful but mid-range, while C-class flares are weaker.
NASA routinely monitors space weather conditions to determine any potential hazards to the astronauts aboard the International Space Station. Based on the agency's assessment, the six spaceflyers currently living and working on the orbiting outpost are not in any danger, said NASA spokesman Kelly Humphries.
"The flight surgeons have reviewed the space weather forecasts for the flare and determined that there are no expected adverse effects or actions required to protect the on-orbit crew," Humphries told SPACE.com in an email.
Last week, a separate sunspot group unleashed several M-class flares, and SDO scientists said these types of flares are occurring almost daily as the sun's rotation slowly turns the region toward Earth.
The sun's activity waxes and wanes on an 11-year cycle. Currently, our planet's nearest star is in the midst of Solar Cycle 24, and activity is expected to ramp up toward solar maximum in 2013.

There is much going on. I cannot believe that a whole month has gone by since my last post but the days are just flying by so I shouldn't be surprised.
Many are wondering what is in store for us all in 2012. I will not add to the chorus of voices clamoring for attention through this avenue because I truly believe life is what you create it to be. Does that mean that nothing is preordained? Not necessarily but it does mean that we have lots of choices to create according to our own plan whether we know what that plan is or not.
We have all come into life with some idea of what we want to experience and how we might go about having those experiences but we have lots of room to create experiences to match our desires once we get here. We have the freedom to pick and choose the intensity of our experiences as well. How do I know this to be true? The same way I know anything to be true: through experience.
Experience really is the best teacher. Each experience draws our attention to whatever we have planned for ourselves in this lifetime whether we realize this or not. Each experience holds a gem within it; sometimes we collect these gems, and sometimes we don't but always we receive whatever we are ready for. It is all finely coordinated at the highest level but filters down to our awareness in due time. While we experience one thing after another our awareness expands to encompass deeper and deeper understanding creating a spiral of life. Upon this spiral lies choice.
The best way to understand what I mean by choice is to know that you always have a choice in what you believe and whatever you believe creates your perception. If you don't like what you are perceiving you can choose to think differently, and/or examine your beliefs to see what changes might be made to create a different perception. This is how you have free will choice in life. Though you have created a plan, it is a loose one and you can always choose to perceive in a way that brings greater satisfaction in life. Greater satisfaction is part of everyone's plan!
This dialogue may seem to be going in circles and to this I would say yes! Now you've got it. Life experiences happen in rings; those rings create a spiral and unfold according to a plan, the timing of which is not totally within your control. But in a larger sense it is within your control as you are your Higher Self and your Higher Self is in charge of timing. Some call the Higher Self, the Holy Spirit. I like both expressions as they mean the part of you that is wise beyond comprehension. However I would say one of the reasons you are here is to comprehend this wisdom and become as wise as your Higher Self. As you do so you blend and become lighter or more illuminated, thus the term light body means to become one with who you really are.
Again we come full circle in our understanding but as we do so we rise up a rung on the spiral. This is called ascension in most metaphysical circles. It simply means to advance to a new level of understanding of what you really are, which many call truth. Truth is a hot term these days, which is great since it is the whole reason we are here: to know the self as truth. The end game then is really the beginning since in the beginning you knew truth and so in the end you know truth as well, completing the circle of life. Then the real fun begins for what occurs when you know the beginning and you know the end? Time will tell or will it? Time isn't real in the truest sense since it was created and so is part of the illusion. Again we come back to the beginning where the circle began in the time of no time.
Perhaps this is enough for today's post. There is a lot within it. Don't worry if it doesn't seem to make a lot of sense right way. Come back to it on another day and let it deepen. The words will sink in to a deeper knowing place that you hold within. In that place we are one and you will recognize yourself as thus. This is the whole point of the dialogue but it is not necessarily an intellectual exercise although there may be some enlightenment there as well. Either way you win just by reading the words!

Happy 12.12.11, a practice day for 12.12.12 or 12.22.12, take your pick, I've read and heard both today and I agree with this idea. We are given opportunities all of the time to get things right. (Right being a word that means different things to different people.) What I mean by getting things right is to stay on track or to do a course correction if you find yourself off track in order to get back on track. And so Spirit brings one opportunity after another to get things right and if we find that we are suffering at all then we need a course correction. Today is a good day for a course correction!
The eclipse and full moon of December 1o were powerful! They provided the impetus for change that many were desiring and thus intentions were made manifest. Shifting into a new vibration occurred for many in one fell swoop! How wonderful to wipe away beliefs that are no longer serving simply by being willing to do so, and taking advantage of celestial happenings to push forward this change.
The Winter Solstice will be the next big push, however this date will feel slightly less intense in some ways and more intense in others; how you experience it depends on what you have planned for yourself and of course whatever serves your highest good. The opportunity is there for great change through an influx of light. If you want to once again take advantage of the timing of this event, then set an intention to do so and you won't be disappointed!
Humanity is awakening! It is a wonderful time to manifest. Light frequencies from the Great Central Sun and the crystalline core of the earth cooperate by providing infinite streams of goodness always, and already available. The Solstice highlights this stream so you may become more aware of it and by doing so highlight the inner wisdom that you hold. The wisdom vault opens wide! Take advantage of that opening. Ask Spirit what you will most benefit from knowing and still your mind to receive an answer.
Revel in the revelation! It is a wonderful time to tap into the wisdom and let it flow through you. There may be a time gap between the flow and the intellectual understanding of what you have received. Or you may receive an understanding that deepens over time. Either way you benefit greatly from intending and then taking the time to sit in stillness on the Solstice. Don't forget to send love to our mother earth. She takes such good care of us and we may share our gratitude for the abundance that is ours due to her sharing on this wonderful day of celebration.
Also, while you share your appreciation with mother earth, take a moment to appreciate yourself. I am sure that if you are reading this that you have contributed to the health and well-being of humanity and the earth in one way or another over the past year. So as we head into the new year, appreciate yourself and your contribution! Know that you are making a difference by each wonderfully positive thought that you think and share. Know that it is being noticed by all that is and your Spirit is smiling with you as you journey into the new year.
This is an absolutely fantastic time to be on earth! No doubt about it. Yes, sometimes it can be challenging and some are facing hardships that are difficult to experience. Send love to those who suffer in these times, and if you are one that is suffering, I send my love to you now. We are all in this together and we are here together at this pivotal time to learn of our Oneness. The best way to know that we are one is to support one another in the way that our heart tells us to do so. The rewards of this practice are many and great and benefit all.
Take good care in the coming days as the energy and flow of life ramps up. Intentionally set your sights on the center positioning of balance and then feel the joy that flows into your life as you do so. Your cup will absolutely run over and then you will serve in the way that you desire!!
